Abstract
본 발명에 따라서, 지지체, 및 이 지지체 위에 순차적으로 배치된 중간층 및 감광층으로 이루어지며, 여기서 중간층은 피복층 및 이 피복층으로 피복된 황산바륨 미립자로 된 피복 분말로 이루어지며, 피복층은 산화주석으로 이루어지는 것인 특징인 전자사진 감광 부재가 제공된다. 상기 중간층은 저온 및 저습 조건에서부터 고온 및 고습 조건에 이르기까지의 전체 환경 조건하에서 안정된 전위 안정성 및 우수한 화질을 제공하는 전자사진 장치를 구성하는 데 유용하다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전자사진 감광 부재를 사용한 전자사진 장치의 일신시태양의 개략도이다.
Claims (10)
- 지지체, 및 그 지지체 위에 순차적으로 배치된 중간층 및 감광층으로 이루어지며, 여기서 중간층은 피복층 및 이 피복층으로 피복된 황산바룸 미립자로 된 피복 분말로 이루어지며, 피복층은 산화주석으로 이루어진 것인 전자사진 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 피복비가 10-80 중량%인 감광 부재
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 피복비가 30-60 중량%인 감광 부재
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 불소 또는 안티몬을 함유하는 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 0.01내지 30중량%의 불소 또는 안티몬을 함유하는 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 0.1내지 10중량%의 불소 또는 안티몬을 함유하는 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간층이 페널 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리아미드산 수지, 폴리비닐 아세탈, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 멜라민 수지 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 결합제 수지를 함유하는 것인 감광 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 결합제 수지가 페놀 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지 및 폴리아미드산 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간층과 감광층 사이에 배치된 장벽층을 더 포함하는 감광부재.
- 제1항에 따른 전자사진 감광 부재, 이 감광 부재를 충전시키는 충전 수단, 감광 부재 위에 정전 잠상을 형성하기 위헤 충전된 감광 부재에 대해 화상노출을 수행하는 화상 노출 수단 및 토너로 잠상을 현상하는 현상 수단으로 이루어진 전자사진장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
