Abstract

본 발명은 인-액슬축센서에 관한 것으로 환상모양을 하고, 액슬 차동 베어링 조절링에 부착되어 있다. 환상 센서 하우징링은 방사상 안쪽으로 연장한 플랜지를 지니며, 이 플랜지에는 부착나사의 클램부하를 국부적으로 축방향으로 편심시키므로서 흡수하는 안쪽으로 캔틸레버된 태브가 형성되어 있다.
고정링은 로우터폴과 축방향 공기 플럭스틈을 형성하기 위해 구성되어 있고, 하우징링과 축방향으로 인접해 있으며 컷아웃을 가지므로, 태브의 자유로운 편심을 허락하고 고정링의 축방향 치우침과 폴의 잘못된 배열을 방지한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 고정된 강자성체 부재안에 형성된 보어를 통과하는 축의 회전속도를 감지하는 환상 회전속도센서 어셈블리는 상기 축에 설치되어 회전하는 강자성체 로우터와: 이 로우터에서 연장한 환상배열의 제1이빨과; 상기 강자성체 부재에 설치되어 있으며. 환상배열의 제2이빨을 형성하여서 환상배열의 제1이빨과 제2이빨 사이에 공기틈을 형성하게 하는 환상 강자성체 고정자와; 환상자석과 코일을 포함하는 것에 있어서, 보지부재의 부분이 이 보지부재를 국부적으로 각각의 폐스너의 영역으로 편심하도륵 각각의 상기 패스너주위에서 완화되어 있고: 상기 고정자에는 국부편심을 수용하기 위해 공간이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 속도 센서 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패스너는 나사를 포함하며, 각각의 나사는 완하부분에 의해 형성된 태브에 제공된 구멍을 통해 수용되며, 상기 나사는 고정부재를 나삿니로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 속도 센서 장치.
