태양 전기이용 지붕장치는 태양전지를 내장한 제1의 채광판단체를 1방향 및 상기 제1방향에 직교하는 또다른 방향으로 복수 병렬한 제1의 모듈 지붕재와, 제1의 채광판단체와 동일 치수의 제2의 채광판단체를 1방향 및 1방향에 직교하는 또다른 방향으로 병렬하는 동시에, 1방향의 채광판단체의 수가 제1의 모듈지붕재의 1방향의 채팡판단체의 수보다 1개 많은 제2의 모듈 지붕재로 이루어진다

Claims (18)

  1. 태양전지를 내장한 제1의 채광판 단체를 1방향 및 상기 1방향에 직교하는 또다른 방법으로 복수 병렬한 제1의 모듈 지붕재와, 상기 제1이 채광판 단체와 동일 치수의 제2의 채광판 단체를 1방향 및 상기 1방향에 직교하는 또다른 방향으로 병렬하는 동시에 상기 1방향의 채광판 단체의 수가 상기 제1의 모듈 지붕재의 1방향의 채광판 단체의 수보다 1개 많은 제2의 모듈 지붕재로 이루어지는 태양전지 이용 지붕장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기1방향이 지붕의 나비방향, 상기 또다른 방향이 지붕의 기울기 방향인 태양전지 이용 지붕장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 양외측 가장자리를 따라서 상기 제1 및 제2의 모듈지붕재의 측 가장자리를 나비 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 걸어 맞춤하는 나비 조정부를 갖는 중간부 접속 부재와, 1외측 가장자리에 따라서 상기 제1 및 제2의 모듈지붕재의 측 가장자리를 나비 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 걸어 맞춤하는 나비 조정부를 갖는 측부접속 부재로 이루어지는 태양전지 이용지붕장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 모듈지붕재와 제2의 모듈 지붕재가 내면을 따라서 지지띳장이 장착된 좌우의 세로띳장, 상부가로 띳장 및 하부 가로띳장을 평면 4가 형상으로 조립한 테체와, 테체의 내주에 끼워 맞춤 되고, 투명기판의 하면에 복수의 채광판 단체를 배치한 복합체로 이루어지는 태양전지 이용 지붕장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 세로띳장이 수직벽의 내면상단부에 형성된 긴쪽방향을 따른 복수의 물기차단돌조를 가지는 태양전지 이용지붕 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 세로띳장이 수직벽의 하단내면에 설치된 수평장출편과, 수평장출편의 내측단에 설치된 상하에 돌출하는 수직지지각과 수직벽 및 수직지지각의 처마 및 용마루 인접 단부의 하단에 설치된 환기용 절결을 갖는 태양전지이용 지붕장치.
  7. 제4항에있어서, 수직벽의 처마인접단부에 장착공을 뚫고, 처마 인접 단부의 상기 장착공보다 낮은 위치에 따로 장착공을 뚫은 태양전지이용 지붕장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상부가로 띳장이 지붕의 기울기 방향으로 직교하여 연장하는 띠상의 수평면과, 수평면의 상면에 긴쪽방향으로 설치된 기립벽과 기립벽위쪽에 처마측으로 장출하여 설치된 수평면에 대하여 수평인 수평상판과, 수평상판의 용마루 인접단부를 접어올려 설치된 물기차단벽과, 수평편과 수평 상판과의 사이에 형성된 채광판 지지홈과, 수평평의 처마 인접단부에 긴쪽방향을 따라 설치된 중공만곡홈과, 수평편의 용마루 인접상면에 형성된 배수홈과, 수평편의 하면에 아래쪽으로 연장되어 나온 후에 처마 측으로 굴곡하고, 다시 위쪽으로 구부려 설치된 고정구 걸어맞춤 편으로 이루어지는 태양전지이용 지붕장치.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 하부가로 띳장이, 수평띠상의 채광판 얹어놓은편, 채광판 얹어놓는편의 처마인접단 가장자리 상면에 설치된 복합체의 두께보다 다소 낮은 채광 맞닿는 벽의 상단에서 처마방향으로 장출되어 설치되고, 선단을 아래쪽으로 만곡시키고, 하면에 물기 차단돌조를 설치한 피복면, 채광판 얹어 놓는 편의 용마루 인접단 가장자리에 설치한 하향처마 방향으로 만곡하는 만곡방수 물받이, 및 채광판 얹어놓는 편과 만고 방수 물받이와의 접속부에 형성된 중공만곡홈으로 이루어지는 태양전지이용지붕장치.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 지지띳장이 내측벽의 상부에 긴쪽방향을 따라서 공극을 형성한 중공의 체광테 삽입테와 채광테 삽입테의 외측면에 설치된 오목홈과, 채광테 삽입테의 외측벽의 양단부에 뚫린 고정공으로 이루어지는 태양전지이용지붕장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일방향이 지붕의 기울기 방향, 상기 또다른 방향이 지붕의 나비 방향이고, 상기 제1의 채광판단체와 동 치수의 제3의 채광판단체를 기울기 방향 및 나비 방향으로 상기 제2의 모듈 지붕재와 동수 병렬하는 동시에 그 기울기 방향 상단부를 따라서 길이 조정편을 기울기 방향으로 슬라이딩 운동가능하게 걸어 맞춤한 용마루 지붕재를 갖는 태양전지이용 지붕장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 용마루 지붕재가, 좌우의 세고띳장, 용마루부 가로 띳장 및 하부가로띳장을 평면 4각 형상으로 조립한 테체와, 이 테체의 내주에 끼워 맞춤되고, 투명기판의 하면에 복수의 제3의 채광판 단체를 배치한 복합채로 이루어지고, 용마루부 가로띳장이 기립벽과 기립벽의 상단에서 용마루 방향으로 설치되고, 열린곳의 나비가 깊숙한 곳의 나비보다 좁은 볼트 지지홈과 선단에 지붕나비 방향을 따라서 위쪽으로 열린 수평조정면을 갖는 태양 전기 이용지붕장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 볼트지지홈의 중간 부에 볼트두부를 삽입하기 위한 절결이 형성된 태양전지이용지붕장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 길이 조정편이 수평조정면과 대략 동일나비, 동일길이의 수평슬라이딩 운동면, 수평충동면의 처마인접단부에 세워 설치된 상하로 연장되는 용마루면창부, 수평슬라이딩운동면의 처마인접단부에 세워 설치된 상하로 연장되는 물되돌리는 부, 수평충동면의 나비방향 양측부에 뚫어 설치된 기울기 방향으로 긴 조절장공과, 조절장공의 축 가장자리에 형성된 눈금으로 이루어지는 태양전지이용지붕장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 방향이 지붕의 기울기 방향, 상기 또 다른 방향이 지붕의 나비 방향이고, 상기 제1의 채광판 단체와 동일 치수인 제4의 채광판 단체를 상기 제1의 모듈 지붕재와 동수배열하는 동시에, 그 기울기 방향 상단부를 따라서 길이 조정편을 기울기 방향으로 슬라이딩 운동가능 하게 걸어 맞춤한 또다른 용마루 지붕재를 갖는 태양전지 이용지붕장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 용마루 지붕재가, 좌우의 세로띳장, 용마루부 가로 띳장 및 하부가로 띳장을 평면 4각 형상으로 조립한 테체와, 이 테체의 내주에 끼워 맞춤되고, 투명기판의 하면에 복수의 제4의 채광판 단체를 배치한 복합체로 이루어지고, 용마루부 가로띳장이 기립벽과 기립벽의 상단에서 용마루 방향으로 설치되고, 열린곳의 나비가 깊숙한 곳의 나비보다 좁은 볼트지지홈이 선단에 지붕나비 방향을 따라서 위쪽으로 열린 수평조정면으로 이루어지는 태양전지 이용지붕장치.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 볼트지지홈이 중간에 볼트 두부를 삽입하기 위한 절결을 형성한 태양전지이용지붕장치.
