Abstract

본 발명은 주위 온도에서는 높은 점성도의 겔 상태이나 세탁 온도에서는 바람직하게 액화하거나 분산이 가능해지는 스틱(stick) 형태의 새로운 세탁용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
수정 기저 VI 상 (링잉(ringing)겔)은 세탁물에 대한 프리-스포터(pre-spotter)로 사용되며(예를들면 스틱 도포제), 다양한 세탁을 위하여 사용된다.
이 조성물은 보통 15이상의 HLB값을 가지는 비이온성 계면 활성제와 10 이하의 HLB 값을 가지는 계면활성제 및 물을 포함한다.

Claims (22)

  1. 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상의 세탁용 조성물로서의 용도.
  2. 표면의 오물 및/또는 얼룩을 제거하기 위하여 표면에 수성기저 계면활성제 VI상을 도포한 후 물로 이 표면을 세탁함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상의 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 방법.
  3. 세탁물의 오물 및/또는 얼룩제거를 용이하게 하기 위하여 세탁물을 수성 세탁으로 세탁하기 전 세탁물 표면에 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상을 도포함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상의 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 방법.
  4. 커튼류 직물에서 오물 및 얼룩을 제거하기 위하여 커튼류 표면에 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상을 도포한 후 물로 세탁함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상의 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 방법.
  5. 세탁물의 오물 및/또는 얼룩을 제거하기 위하여 계면활성제 VI상을 물에 용해시켜 세탁액을 만들고 이 세탁액과 세탁물을 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 계면활성제 VI상의 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 방법.
  6. 제1항에 따른 세탁용 조성물로서의 용도를 위한 조성물에 있어서, 세탁용 조성물이 100℃이하에서는 맑은 액체 L1상의 수성 기저 계면활성제로 존재하며 냉각시 VI상을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 따른 세탁용 조성물로서의 용도를 위한 수성 기저 조성물에 있어서, 세탁용 조성물이 35℃내지 80℃의 전이 온도에서 L1상을 형성하는 VI상의 형태로 계면활성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 따른 세탁용 조성물로서의 용도를 위한 수성 기저 조성물에 있어서, 세탁용 조성물이 1-15의 HLB값 또슨 평균 HLB값을 가지는 VI 상으로 존재하는 단일 계면활성제 계 또는 계면활성제들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 수성기저 조성물.
  9. I1상을 형성하는 15또는 그 이상의 HLB 값을 가지는 적어도 1개의 비교적 친구성인 비이온성 계면활성제와 10 또는 그 이하의 HLB 값을 가지는 적어도 1개의 기타 계면활성제 및 I1상을 제공하기에 충분한 물을 포함하되, 비교적 친수성인 계면활성제를 기초로 한 비율에서 계면활성제 혼합물의 평균 HLB값을 10내지 15임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 오물 및/또는 얼룩을 제거하기 위하여 스틱 도포제로 VI상의 계면활성제를 포함하는 수성 기저 조성물을 표면에 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. VI상의 형태로 계면활성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 스틱 도포제.
  12. 결정 표면에 사용하는 것으로써, 연마분 부유 입자들을 포함하는 VI상으로 존재하는 계면활성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 수성 기저 세탁용 조성물.
  13. 인체의 피부와 모발 또는 동물의 가죽이나 모피 세정용으로써, VI상으로 존재하는 계면활성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 수성 기저 세탁용 조성물.
  14. VI상으로 존재하는 계면활성제 및 세탁 효소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 계면활성제 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 세탁 효소는 프로테아제, 아밀라아제 및/또는 리파아제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. VI상으로 존재하는 계면활성제를 포함하고 그 내부에 분산된 산화성 표백제를 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 세탁용 조성물.
  17. VI상으로 존재하며 필름 또는 수용성 중합체 봉지로 코팅되거나 캡슐화된 계면환성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 세탁용 조성물.
  18. 제6항 내지 제9항 또는 12항 내지 17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입방 배열의 구형 미셀 또는 I1상을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  19. 양방향연속성(biconfinuous) 입방 VI상 또는 I2상으로 존재하는 계면활성제 내에 캡슐화한 고도의 수분 민감성 물질을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수성 기저 세탁용 조성물.
  20. 연화점 이상에서 VI상을 형성하는 계면활성제 조성물을 가열한 후 증강제, 표백제, 효소, 조직 컨디셔너 및/또는 세제 보조 성분과 혼합하고 이 혼합물을 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 용도를 위한 미립자 조성물의 제조방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 미립자 조성물을 액화될 때까지 가열한 후 분무 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 미립자 조성물을 소성화 될 때까지 가열한후 냉각시키기 전에 압출시킴으로 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
