Abstract

본 발명은 내수분 투과성, 내후성 및 내열성을 갖는 섬유복합 공중합 고무 조성물 및 이의 가황물을 외부 관재료에 사용하는 호수, 즉 이소부틸렌 ●P-메틸스티렌 공중합 고무의 P-메틸스티렌 단위 부분의 일부가 브롬화된 원료 고무에 가교 조제로서 적어도 지방산아연을 배합하여 이루어진 고무 조성물에 있어서, 원료 고무의 P-메틸스티렌 단위 부분(PMS)과 브롬 원자의 중량비가 0.15브롬원자/P-메틸스티렌 단위 부분

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 고무 조성물의 가황물을 갖는 호스의 층구조를 개념적으로 도시한 사시도이며,
제2도는 제1도의 단면도이며,
제3도는 실시예 및 비교실시예의 고무조성물의 레오미터 시험의 t30에서의 결과를 나타내는 그래프이며,
제4도는 실시예 및 비교실시예의 고무 조성물이 100%신장될때의 모듈러스를 나타낸 그래프이며,
제5도는 실시예 및 비교실시예의 고무 조성물과 사와의 접착●박리시험의 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 이소부틸렌●P-메틸스티렌 공중합 고무의 P-메틸스티렌 단위 부분의 일부가 브롬화된 원료 고무에 가교조제로서 적어도 지방산아연을 배합하여 이루어진 고무 조성물에 있어서, 원료 고무의 P-메틸스티렌 단위 부분(PMS)과 브롬 원자의 중량비가 하기 일반식임을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
    0.15브롬 원자/P-메틸스티렌 단위 부분0.40
  2. 적어도 내부 관, 섬유 보강층 및 외부 관을 갖는 호스에서 적어도 외부 관이 제1항에 따른 고무 조성물의 가황물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 호스.
