Claims (4)
- 아크릴로니트릴 중합체와 물의 조성물로부터 형성된 겔 결정체를 압출하는 무방사법에 의해 제조되고, 아크릴로니트릴 단독 중합체 또는 무게비 80%이상의 아크릴로니트릴 및 무게비 20%이하의 공중합 가능한 단량체의 조성을 갖는 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체로 구성되며, 미소 섬유들이 가지런히 배열 집합된 내부 구조 및 X선 회절 패턴에서 80%이상 97%사이의 배향도를 가지며, 5mm에서 500mm사이의 길이 분포, 5㎛-500㎛의 굵기 분포, 100∼10,000의 길이 대 굵기비, 10∼70kg/㎟의 인장강도, 300∼1,500kg/㎟의 탄성률, 5∼20%의 신도 및 1∼50㎡/g 의 비표면적을 가지는 것이 특징인 순백색의 아크릴 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 겔 결정체가 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 100부에 대하여 무게비로 10부에서 100부 사이의 물을 함유하는 조성물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미소 섬유가 굵기 0.1㎛에서 5㎛사이의 분포인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유 20mm에서 300mm사이의 길이 분포를 가지고, 마섬유와 혼방이 가능한 스테플 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 섬유.
