Abstract

MR(자기저항효과형)헤드용 재생장치로 MR(센스)전류를 흐르게 하는 전류원 및 직류저지콘덴서가 불필요한 것을 얻는다.
MR헤드(1)의 MR 소자를 초단(初段)트랜지스터(10)의 에미터에 접속하고, 이 초단트랜지스터(10)를 베이스 접지증폭기로 하고, 베이스전류 IB를 조정하여 센스전류=에미터전류를 조정하도록 하여, 센스전류원 및 직료저지콘덴서를 생략한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 베이스접지증폭기를 사용한 MR 헤드용 재생장치의 원리도,
제2도는 본 발명의 MR 헤드용 재생장치를 사용한 HDD의 계통도,
제3도는 베이스접지증폭기를 사용한 MR 헤드용 재생장치의 다른 회로도.

Claims (3)

  1. 자기저항효과형 헤드로부터의 출력신호를 재생하는 재생증폭기로서, 베이스접지형 증폭기를 이 자기저항효과형 헤드에 접속하도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항효과형 헤드용 재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스접지형 증폭기에 자기저항효과형 헤드용의 센스전류를 결정하는 직류귀환수단을 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항효과형 헤드용 재생장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 직류귀환수단은 상기 베이스접지형 증폭기의 출력신호와 기준전압과의 차를 증폭하는 자동증폭기와 저역통과여파기용 콘덴서로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기저항효과형 헤드용 재생장치.
