Abstract

본 발명은 (A)폴리카르보네이트수지를 주성분으로 하는 열가소성수지, (B)무기충진재 및/또는 무기안료 및 (C)α가 탄화수소기를 통해 규소원자에 결합된 오르가노키시실릴기를 함유하는 오르가노폴리실옥산으로된 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물이다.
열안정성 및 성형성이 우수함과 동시에 외관이나 내충격성등의 기계적물성이 우수하고 백색도나 색상이 우수한 것으로서 각종 성형품, 예컨데 사무자동화기기, 전기, 전자분야, 자동차분야, 기계분야 또는 건재분야등의 성형품의 제조에 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. (A)폴리카르보네이트수지를 주성분으로 하는 열가소성수지 100중량부, (B)뮈충진재 및 무기안료로부터 선택된 적어도 한종류의 0.001~50중량부 및 (C)2가 탄화수소기를 통해 규소원자에 결합된 오르가노키시 실릴기를 함유하는 오르가노폴리실옥산 0.001~5중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 열가소성수지가 폴리카르보네이트 수지 50~95중량%, 열가소설폴리에스테르수지 5~50중량% 및 고무상탄성체 0~45중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 열가소성수지가 폴리카르보네이트수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (B)성분의 무기충진재가 폴리카르보네이트 수지와 반응성을 가진 기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, (B)성분의 무기충진재가 활석, 운모 및 티탄산칼슘위스커로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 무기안료가 산화철, 군청, 진주운모, 카본 블랙 및 탄산칼슘에서 선택된 적어도 한가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 무기안료가 백색안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 백색안료가 산화티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)의 오르가노키시 실릴기를 함유한 오르가노폴리실옥산 일반식(IV)
    [식중에서 R1은 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내며, A는 1가 탄화수소기 혹인 일반식(V)
    (식중에서 R2는 2가 탄화수소기를 나타내며, R3및 R4는 1가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다. 또한, X는 0~2의 정수이다.)로 표시된 오르가노키시실릴기하유 1가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다. 다만, A중의 적어도 한개는 오르가노키시실릴함유 1가 탄화수소기를 나타낸다. 또한, m은 1~300의 정수이며, n은 0~300의 정수이고, 동시에 m+n은 1~300의 정수이다.]로 표시된 오르가노폴리실옥산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 수지 조성물.
