Abstract
본 발명은 특정 물성을 갖고 밀도 및 MFR가 상이한 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[A] 및 [B]로 되고 밀도가 0.890∼0.955g/㎤, MFR가 0.1∼100g/10min의 범위에 있는 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물은 용융장력 및 고전단영역에 있어서의 유동성이 우수하고 또 투명성, 기계적 강도 및 내블록킹성이 우수한 필름을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- (A-ⅰ)에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체이고, (A-ⅱ)밀도(d)가 0.880∼0.940g/㎤의 범위이고, (A-ⅲ)135℃ 카하이드나프탈렌중에서 측정한 극한점도[ηA]가 1.0∼10.0dl/g의 범위이고, (A-ⅳ)시차주사형열량계(DSC)에 의해서 측정한 흡열곡선의 최대피크위치의 온도(Tm(℃))외 밀도(d) Tm<400×d-250으로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키고 (A-ⅴ)190℃에서의 용융장력(MT(g))과 멜트폴로우레이트(MFR)가 MT>2.2×MFR-84로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키고 (A-ⅵ)용융중합체의 190℃에 있어서의 응력이 2.4×108dyne/㎠에 도달할때에 전단속도로 정의되는 유동성인덱스(FI(1/sce))와 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)가 F1>75×MFR로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키고 (A-ⅶ)실온에서의 데칸가용부 (W(중량%))와 밀도(d)가 W<80×exp(-100(d-0.88)+0.1로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[A]5∼95중량%와, (B-ⅰ)에틸렌과 탄소원자 수 3∼20의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체이고, (B-ⅱ)밀도(d)가 0.910∼0.960g/㎤의 범위이고, (B-ⅲ)135℃데카하이드로나프탈렌중에서 측정한 극한점도([ηA]가 0.5∼0.0dl/g의 범위이고, (B-ⅳ)시차주사형열량계(DSC)에 의해서 측정한 흡열곡선의 최대피크위치의 온도(Tm(℃))외 밀도가 Tm<400×d-250으로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키고 (B-ⅴ)실온에서의 데칸가용부(W(중량%))와 밀도(d)가 MFR≤10g/10min일 경우에 W<80×exp(-100(d-0.88))+0.1 MFR>10g/10min일 경우에 W>80×(MFR-9)26×exp(-100(d-0.99)+0.1로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키는 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[B]5∼95중량%로 된 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물이고, (ⅰ)상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[A]의 밀도와 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[B]의 밀도의 비([A]/[B]가 1미만이고, (ⅱ) 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[A]의 극한점도와 상기 에틸린/α-올레핀 공중합체[B]의 극한점도의 비([ηA]/[ηB])가 1이상이고 (ⅲ)이 조성물의 밀도가 0.890∼0.955g/㎤의 범위이고, (ⅳ)190℃, 1.16kg하중에 있어서의 이 조성물의 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)가 0.1∼100g/10min의 범위의 물성들을 갖는 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[B]의 밀도에 대한 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[A]의 밀도의 미[[ηA]/[ηB]]가 0.930∼0.999인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[B]의 극한점도에 대한 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체[A]의 극한 점도의 비([ηA]/[ηB])가 1.05∼10인 에틸렌계 공중합체 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
