Abstract

본 발명은 치환되거나 비치환된 4,4′-비스(디알콕시포스포노메틸)비페닐 화합물을 용매로서 액체 암모니아 중에서 강염기의 존재하에 치환되거나 비치환된 벤즈알데히드와 축합시켜 디스티릴비페닐 화합물을 제조하는 방법 및 이들 디스티릴 비페닐 화합물을 형광 중백제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 일반식(2)의 화합물과 일반식(3)의 화합물을 액체 암모니아 중에서 중알칼리성 물질의 존재하에 축합시킴을 포함하여, 일반식(1)의 디스티릴비페닐 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 할로겐이고, R2는 C1-C8알킬이며, M은 염-형성 무색 양이온이고, n은 2또는 4이며, m은 0또는 2이고, p는 0또는 1이며, 단, m과 p의 합은 2또는 4이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(4)의 화합물과 일반식(5)의 화합물을 축합시키는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 할로겐이고, R3는 C1-C8알킬이며, M은 염-형성 무색 양이온이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(4)의 화합물과 일반식(6)의 화합물을 축합시키는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소, C1-C5알킬 또는 염소이고, R2는 C1-C8알킬이며, M은 염-형성 무색 양이온이다.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에서, 강알칼리성 물질로서 알칼리 금속 또는 이의 강염기성 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 강염기성 화합물로서 알칼리 금속의 아미드, 수소화물 또는 알콜레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 강염기성 화합물로서 나트륨 알콜레이트 또는 나트륨 아미드를 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 강염기성 화합물로서 나트륨 아미드를 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용된 나트륨 아미드를, 나트륨을 촉매의 존재하에 액체 암모니아에 용해시켜 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 축합을 -40내지 25℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 축합을 0내지 25℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 축합을 10내지 25℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(1)의 화합물을 액체 암모니아로부터 여과하여 부산물로부터 분리 시키는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암모니아가 재순환되는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(2)의 화합물 대 일반식(3)의 화합물의 비가 1:2내지 1:2.5인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 일반식(2)의 화합물 대 일반식(3)의 화합물의 비가 1:2:1내지 1:2.2인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, a)초기 충전으로서 액체 암모니아를 도입시키고; b)나트륨 및 촉매를 가한 다음; c)이렇게 수득된 나트륨 아미드 현탁액을 액체 암모니아 중의 일반식(4) 및 (8) 화합물의 현탁액에 가하고; d)과량의 나트륨 아미드를 중화시킨 다음; e)일반식 (7)의 최종 생성물을 여과 분리하고; f)증발 및 재축합시켜 암모니아를 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(4)의 화합물과 일반식(8)의 화합물과의 축합에 의해 일반식(7)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R2는 C1-C8알킬이고, M은 나트륨 이온, 칼륨 이온 또는 암모늄 이온이다.
  17. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 디스티릴비페닐 화합물의 직물의 형광 증백을 위한 용도.
  18. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 디스티릴비페닐 화합물의 종이의 형광 증백을 위한 용도.
  19. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 디스티릴비페닐 화합물의 액체 세제중의 형광 증백제로서의 용도.
