Abstract

본 발명은 재사용 및 재순환을 용이하게 하기 위해 병으로 부터 관형 플라스틱 라벨을 제거하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는 복수의 장소를 갖는 터릿과 그 터릿에 일렬로 라벨이 붙은 병을 순차적으로 공급하고 그 터릿으로 부터 라벨이 제거된 병을 제거하기 위한 공급 및 방출 콘베어를 갖는다. 라벨제거는 바람직하게는 고압물제트 형태인 커터로 수행된다. 이상적으로 커터는 라벨제거시에 병을 손상시키지 않고 라벨을 절단할 수 있는 차동커터가 되도록 조절한다.
하나의 실시예로, 물세척 메카니즘이 병으로 부터 떨어진 라벨과 스크린 콘베어상의 터릿을 세척하도록 제공된다. 세척물은 콘베어에 의해 이송된다.
다른 실시예로 공기송풍 메카니즘이 병으로 부터 떨어진 라벨을 벗겨내도록 사용되고 진공박스가 벗겨진 라벨을 수집하기 위해 사용된다.

Description

라벨제거장치 및 라벨제가방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 병 라벨제거 장치를 약간 개략적인 형태로 도시한 정면도이다,
제2도는 터릿에 그리고 터릿으로 부터 병을 이송시키기 위한 별모양의 휠을 도시한, 제3도에 2-2선에 따른 본 발명 터릿의 평면도이다,
제3도는 제1도 장치의 부분도이다,
제4도는 절단작업을 개시하기 위해 위치된 차동나이프를 갖는 라벨이 붙은 병을 도시한 확대도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. a) 라벨의 외부표면에 대하여 고압 유체제트를 향하게 하고; b) 일단으로부터 다른단부로 라벨을 절단하기 위해 제트와 목적물을 상대적으로 이동시키며; c) 제트유체의 압력, 용량 및 라벨을 절단하기에 충분한 반면에 목적물을 절단하지 않는 각각의 값으로 유지시키는 것을 포함하는 목적물로부터 라벨을 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라벨은 상대적으로 부드러운 플라스틱 슬리브이며, 목적물은 상대적으로 딱딱한 플라스틱의 병인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유체가 물인 방법.
  4. 전기항중 어느항에 있어서, 유체구동피스톤이 제트를 생산하기 위해 노즐을 통하여 유체에 힘을 가하도록 구동되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제트유체의 압력, 용량 및 속도가 피스톤 구동하기 위해 공급된 유체의 압력을 조절하므로서 조절되는 방법.
  6. 전기항중 어느항에 있어서, 목적물이 병으로서 하기의 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
    a) 다수의 공간진 라벨제거장소를 갖는 병이송기로 병을 순차적으로 공급하고; b) 적소에 그리고 적시에 하나의 병을 순차적으로 위치시키며; c) 경로를 통하여 방출장소로 각각의 위치된 병을 이동시키고; d) 각각의 병들이 경로를 따라 이동할 때 라벨에 대해 유체제틀르 부딪치게 하므로서 위에서 아래로 연장된 각각의 라벨을 절단시키며; e) 병으로부터 절단된 라벨을 제거시킨다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 병과 그들 각각의 제트가 라벨이 라벨의 일단으로부터 타단으로 절단되도록 병과 동축으로 상대적으로 이동되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각각의 제트가 라벨이 절단되도록 라벨의 일단으로부터 타단으로 동축상으로 이동되는 반면에 병은 동축상으로 정지가 유지되는 방법.
  9. a) 작업편 지지플랫폼; b) 플랫폼상에 위치한 작업편을 유치시키는데 적합한 작업편 죔쇠; c) 커터 메카니즘과 플랫폼의 상대적인 왕복운동 그리고 커터가 작업편을 마킹하지 않고도 작업편을 둘러싸는 슬리브를 절단할수 있는 유체제트차동커터인 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니즘을 포하마는 라벨제가장소를 포함하는 라벨제거장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 차동커터는 물제트노즐인 장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 몸체가 노즐을 갖는 유체통로에 유체실을 한정하고 제트생산 피스톤이 그 유체실에 작동가능하게 설치되어 있으며, 유체작용실린더가 유체실로부터 유체를 선택적으로 방출하기 위해 피스톤에 작동가능하게 연결된 연결된 장치.
  12. 제9항 내지 제12항중 어느항에 있어서, a) 공간진 한셋트의 라벨제거장소를 갖는 라벡제거작업편 이송기; b) 공급위치에 순차적으로 라벨이 붙은 병의 형태로 작업편을 공급하기 위한 이송기에 근접하기위치한 공급콘베어; c) 이송기로부터 라벨이 제거된 병을 제거하기 위한 이송기 근접하게 위치한 방출콘베어를 포함하는 라벨제거장치.
  13. a) 신장(伸張) 내부챔버를 한정하는 벽돌을 갖는 몸체 엘레먼트; b) 챔버내에 최소한 일부분에 설치되고 명확한 대체펌프를 형성하도록 벽들과 상보적인 표면을 갖는 피스톤엘레먼트; c) 선택적으로 챔버에 유체를 도입시키고 방출시키기 위한 엘레먼트의 상대적인 왕복운동을 야기시키기 위한 엘레먼트에 작동가능하게 연결된 초기 이송기; d) 챔버에 유체를 선택적으로 공급하기 위한 연결유체공급 주입구를 포함하는 상기 엘레먼트 중 하나; e) 초기 이송기가 챔버로부터 유체를 방출시키도록 작용할 때 목적물에 대해 유체의 절단제트를 향하도록 하기 위한 챔버와 연결된 차동커터유체노즐을 포함하는 차동유체커터.
