Abstract

차량용 안전장치의 시동소자에의 통전제어에 따라 후비전원으로서의 콘덴서를 소형화 할 수 있음과 동시에 안전장치의 작동의 보증과 전지의 하아네스가 절단 하였을때에 있어서의 안전장치 작동후의 콘덴서 전압의 혹보의 쌍방을 달성할 수 있는 제어시스템을 제공함을 목적으로 트랜지스터가 ON에서 안전스위치가 ON일때에만 안전 장치의 시동소자(스퀴브)에 실제로 통전이 있었다하여 타이머 카운터에서 통전시간을 카운트한 다음, 이 카운트 값이 설정치로 되면 트랜지스터를 OFF로 하여 스퀴브에의 통전을 종료케한다(스텝 107,108,109,110,111).

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 제어시스템의 기본적 구성을 나타낸 블록도,
제2도는 본 발명의 제어시스템의 한 실시예를 나타낸 회로도,
제3도는 충돌시에 안전스위치가 정상으로 작동하였을 경우의 트랜지스터와 안전스위치의 동작상태를 나타낸 타임차트,
제4도는 충돌시에 안전스위치가 고속 진동하여 전지가 불통되었을 경우의 트랜지스터와 안전스위치의 동작상태와 콘덴서의 전압 변화를 나타낸 타임 차트.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량에 작용하는 가속도를 검출하는 가속도센서와 가속도센서로 부터의 가속도 데이터에 기초하여 충돌의 유무를 판정하는 충돌판정수단과, 충돌판정수단의 충돌판정에 응답하여 작동지령신호를 출력하는 작동 지령신호 출력수단과, 작동지령신호에 응답하여 ON하는 메인스위칭 수단과, 차량충격에 따라 ON하는 안전스위치등을 서로 직렬로 또한 시동소자에 대하여 직렬로 접속함에 따라 구성된 작동회로와 상기 작동회로에 전원으로서 접속된 콘덴서 등을 구비한 차량용 안전장치의 제어시스템에 있어서 더우기 안전스위치의 동작상태를 검출하는 안전스위치 상태 검출수단과 작동지령 신호출력수단으로부터의 작동지령신호출력의 정보와 안전스위치 상태 검출수단으로 부터의 안전스위칭 ON의 정보등을 동시에 받았을 때만, 시동소자가 통전되어 있다고 인정하는 통전인정 수단과, 통전인정수단에 따라 인정된 시동소자통전의 시간을 계측하는 통전시간 계측수단과 통전시간 계측수단으로 계측된 계측시간이 설정시간에 도달하였을때 상기 작동지령신호의 출력을 종료시키는 신호를 작동지령 신호출력 수단으로 보내어 메인스위칭수단을 OFF하게 하는 작동 종료 지령수단등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안전장치의 제어시스템.
