Claims (4)
- 互いに異なる複数のアプリケーションを行う組込み型処理システムであって、
前記複数のアプリケーションの1つのアプリケーション毎に1つずつ割り当てられた複数の電子制御ユニットと、
コントローラ(12)とを備え、
前記複数の電子制御ユニットのそれぞれが、
割り当てられたアプリケーションのためのインターフェース動作を行うサブシステム(30A乃至30E)と、
該サブシステムに接続されたプロセッサ(40)とを有し、
前記コントローラ(12)が、前記複数の電子制御ユニットのいずれかのプロセッサ(40)の故障の検出に応答して、前記プロセッサのいずれかに関連する故障状況のうち特定の故障状況を処理するための命令を保管する内蔵データベースにアクセスして前記特定の故障状況を処理する事前にプログラムされた命令を選択して、前記故障したプロセッサ(40)を切断し、前記故障したプロセッサ(40)を有する電子制御ユニット以外の電子制御ユニットのプロセッサ(40)を、前記故障したプロセッサを有する電子制御ユニットのサブシステムに切り替え、
前記サブシステム(30A乃至30E)のそれぞれが異なるシリコン・チップに設けられている、組込み型処理システム。 - 前記複数の電子制御ユニットのそれぞれの前記サブシステムと前記複数の電子制御ユニットのそれぞれの前記プロセッサ(40)との間に接続されたマッピング手段(26)とを備え、
前記コントローラ(12)が、前記複数の電子制御ユニットのいずれかのプロセッサ(40)の故障を検出したときに、前記故障したプロセッサ(40)を切断し、前記故障したプロセッサ(40)を有する電子制御ユニット以外の電子制御ユニットのプロセッサ(40)を、前記故障したプロセッサを有する電子制御ユニットのサブシステムに切り替えるように前記マッピング手段(26)を制御する、請求項1に記載の組込み型処理システム。 - 前記コントローラ(12)が、ウォッチドッグ機能による前記プロセッサ(40)の故障の検出に応答して前記内蔵データベースのルックアップを実行する、請求項1に記載の組込み型処理システム。
- 現行GPS座標を読み取って保管し、緊急状況の検出に応答して、前記GPS座標及びメッセージを含む緊急信号を送信する緊急コントローラを備える、請求項1に記載の組込み型処理システム。
