Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 뛰어난 가공성, 내충격성, 강성 및 표면성을 동시에 주는 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물 및 그의 제조방법, 및 그 조성물로부터 제조된 성형체를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 폴리올레핀(A)100중량부에 대하여, 유리전이 온도가 25℃이하인 가교 고무상 중합체(a)40 내지 95중량부에 단량체 성분 (b)만으로 중합시켰을때의 유리전이온도가 25℃이하인, 공중합가능한 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 단량체성분 (b)5 내지 60중량부를 그래프트 공중합하여 수득된 코어-쉘 그래프트 공중합체(B) 0.1 내지 100중량부 및 무기충진제(C) 0 내지 400중량부를 혼합하여 제조된 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물 및 그의 제조방법, 및 그 조성물로부터 제조된 각종 성형체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 폴리올레핀(A)100중량부에 대하여, 코어-쉘 그래프트 공중합체(B) 0.1 내지 100중량부 및 무기충진제(C) 0 내지 400중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지며, 이 코어-쉘 그래프트 공중합체(B)가 25℃이하의 유리전이 온도를 갖는 가교 고무상 중합체 (a)40 내지 95중량부에 단량체 성분 (b)만으로 중합시켰을때의 유리전이온도가 25℃이상인, 공중합가능한 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 단량체성분 (b)5 내지 60중량부를 그래프트 공중합하여 수득되는 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올페핀(A)가 50중량%이상의 프로필렌으로 이루어진 프로필렌계 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀(A)가 50중량%이상의 프로필렌으로이루어진 프로필렌계 폴리올레핀 100중량부에 대하여 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 100중량부를 혼합한 것인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀(A)가 230℃에서 4g/10분 이하의 용융흐름지수를 갖는 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가교 고무상 중합체(a)가 디엔계 화합물 60 내지 100중량% 및 이 디엔계 화합물과 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 화합물의 0 내지 40중량%로 이루어진 디엔계 고무인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가교 고무상 중합체(a)가 알킬기의 탄소수가 2 내지 22개인 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르 60 내지 100중량% 및 이 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르와 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 화합물 0 내지 40중량%로 이루어진 아크릴계 고무인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단량체 성분(b)가 방향족 비닐 화합물 및/또는 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르 50 내지 100중량% 및 이들과 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 화합물 0 내지 50중량%로 이루어진 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 방향족 비닐 화합물이 스티렌 및/또는 α-메틸스티렌인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  9. 제7항중 또는 제8항에 있어서, 메타크릴산 알킬에스테르가 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 내지 8개인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어-쉘 그리프트 공중합체(B)가 유화중합에 의해 수득된 것인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어-쉘 그리프트 공중합체(B)가 평균입자 지름이 3㎛ 이하인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기충전체(C)가 탄산칼슘 및/또는 활석인 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물.
  13. 폴리올레핀(A)100중량부에 대하여, 유리전이 온도가 25℃이하인 가교 고무상 중합체(a)40 내지 95중량부에 단량체 성분 (b)만으로 중합시켰을때의 유리전이온도가 25℃이하인, 공중합가능한 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 단량체성분 (b)5 내지 60중량부를 그래프트 공중합하여 수득된 코어-쉘 그래프트 공중합체(B) 0.1 내지 100중량부 및 무기충진제(C) 0 내지 400중량부를 혼합함에 있어서, 이 폴리올레핀(A)의 일부분과 이 코어-쉘 그래프트 공중합체(B)를 미리 혼합하여 마스타 배치를 조제하고, 이 마스타 배치와 나머지 폴리올레핀(A) 및 무기충전제(C)를 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리 올레핀계 수지조성물의 제조방법.
  14. 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 카렌다 가공하여 제조된 필름 내지 시이트상의 성형체.
  15. 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 압출 성형하여 제조된 필름 내지 시이트상의 성형체.
  16. 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물로부터 형성된 필름 내지 시이트상의 성형체를 영성형하여 제조된 열성형체.
  17. 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 사출 성형하여 제조된 사출성형체.
  18. 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 취입 성형하여 제조된 사출성형체.
  19. 발포제가 배합된 제1항 폴리올레핀계 수지조성물을 발포성형하여 제조된 발포체.
