Abstract

본 발명은 추가 치환체로서 설포알킬 그룹을 함유한 알킬 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르 및 이들 셀룰로즈 에테르를 제조하기 위한 방법 및 석고, 수화 석 회 또는 시멘트틀 기재로 하고 설포알킬 그룹을 함유한 알킬 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르를 함유하는 건축 재료 혼합물에 관한 것이다.

설포알킬 그룹을 함유하는 알킬 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 메틸 하이드록시에틸 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 에테르(MHECMC)와 비교되는 본 발명에 따른 메틸 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로즈 에테르(MHESEC) 의 음이온 치환도에 대한 응집 온도(TF, ℃)의 의존도를 나타낸다.
제2도는 다른 음이온계 치환된 셀룰로즈 에테르(MHECMC)및 비이온성 셀룰로즈 에테르(MHEC)와 비교되는 본 발명에 따른 셀룰로즈 에테르(MHESEC)용액의 pH에 대한 응집온도(TF,℃)의 의존도를 나타낸다.

Claims (16)

  1. 추가의 에테르 치환체로서 설포알킬 그룹을 함유하는 알킬 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 설포알킬 그룹, 바람직하게는 설포에틸 그룹 또는 설포 프로필 그룹을 함유하는 셀룰로즈 에테르.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, DS설포알킬이 0.004 내지 0.6인 셀룰로즈 에테르.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, DS알킬이 1.0 내지 2.0이고 MS하이드록시알킬이 0.01 내지 1인 셀룰로즈 에테르.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자량이 10,000 내지 500,000인 셀룰로즈 에테르.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점도가 3 내지 300.000mpa.s(회플러(Hopper)에 따라 측정 수용액 2중량%, 20'c)인 셀룰로스 에테르.
  7. a)셀룰로즈를 알칼리화시키고, b)a)공정 동안 또는 이후 하이드록시 그룹을 전이시키는 화합물을 가하고.c)경우에 따라, b)공정 이후 추가로 알칼리화제를 가하며. d)b)공정 동안 또는 이후, 또는 필요에 따라 c)공정에서 알킬 그룹을 전이시키는 화합물을 가하고, e)공정 단계 a)동안 이미 설포알킬 그룹을 전이시키는 화합물을 가하지만, 늦어도 공정 단계 d) 전가지는 가함을 특징 으로 하여, 셀룰로즈를 알칼리성 매질에서 하나 이상의 알킬그룹 전이 화합물, 하나 이상의 하이드록시알킬 그룹 전이 화합물 및 하나 이상의 설포알킬 그룹 전이 화합물로 에테르화시킴에 의해 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 셀룰로오즈 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 설포알킬 그룹 전이 화합물의 첨가(단계 e)및 하이드록시알킬 그룹 전이 화합물의 첨가(단계 b)를 셀룰로즈를 알칼리화시키는 동안(단계 a)수행한 다음, 경우에 따라, 추가로 알카리화제를 가하고(단계 c), 알킬 그룹 전이 화합물의 첨가(단계 d)를 공정 단계 c)동안 또는 이후에 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 단계 a)를 먼저 수행하고, 단계 b)를 수행한 다음, 단계 e)를 수행하고, 경우에 따라 c)를 수행한 다음 단계 d)를 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제조된 셀룰로즈 에테르를 알칼리화(단계 f)시킨후 정제시키는 방법.
  11. 제7항 내지 제17항증 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공징 단계 a)내지 e)를 현탁제 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 사용하는 현탁제가 유기. 수-혼화성 용매인 방법.
  13. 알킬 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르를 알카리성 매질에서 하나 이상의 설포알킬 그룹 전이 화합물로 에테르화(여기서, 에테르화 반응은 PH7이상, 바람직하게는 12 내지 14.90"7이하, 바람직하게는 70 내지 90"C에서 수행한다)시킴에 의해 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 셀룰로즈 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
  14. 석고, 수화 석회 또는 시멘트를 기재로 한 건축 재료 혼합물에 대한 첨가제로서의 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 셀룰로즈 에테르의 용도.
  15. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 셀룰로즈 에테르를 함유한 석고, 수화 석회 또는 시멘트를 기재로 한 건축재료 혼합물
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 설포알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르, 알킬 설포알킬 셀룰로즈 에테르, 하이드록시프로필 설포에틸 셀룰로즈 에테르, 하이드록시프로필 설포프로필 셀룰로즈 에테르 및/또는 하이드록시에틸 설포에틸 셀룰로즈 에테르를 함유하는 건축 재료 혼합물.
