Abstract

본 발명은 필름의 적어도 한면에 방향족 폴리우레탄 함유 피복층과 그 피복층 위에 증착되 금속충을 갖는 적층 또는 권취된 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름으로 이루어진 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터에 관한 것으로 내습열성 및 장기간 신뢰성이 양호하다.

Claims (13)

  1. 필름의 적어도 한면에, 방향족 폴리우레탄을 함유하는 피복층과 상기 피복층위에 증착된 금속층을 갖는 적층 또는 권취형 금속증착 폴리에스테르 필름을 포함하는 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르는 반복 단위체의 80% 이상이 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 반복 단위체의 80% 이상이 에틸렌 나프탈레 이트인 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 또는 반복 단위체의 80% 이상이 1,4-시클로헥산디 메틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 폴리-1.4--시클로헥산디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층중 방향족 폴리우레탄의 함량이 10중량% 이상인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 지방족 폴리에레탄을 더 함유하는 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 피복층중 지방족 폴리에레탄의 함량이 90중량% 이하인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서. 피복층이 가교제를 더 함유하는 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 유기 또는 무기입자를 함유하는 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름이 2축 연신된 폴리에스테르 필름인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 두께가 0.1내지 3㎛인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 60°이상의 물방울 접촉각을 갖는 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 중심선 평균 표면 주도 Ra가 0.005내지 0.5μ인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증착 금속층이 알루미늄, 필라듐, 아연. 니켈, 금은, 구리, 인듐, 주석, 크롬 및 티탄으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로 형성된 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증착된 금속층의 두께가 10내지 5000A인 금속 증착 폴리에스테르 필름 커패시터.
