Abstract

오염방지성능 및 내구성이 우수하고, 정비의 필요가 없으며, 독성에 관한 문제가 없는 취급성이 양호한 오염방지 구조체가 제공된다.
상기 오염방지 구조체는 동합금과 절연물질층을 구비하여 이루어진 가소성을 지닌 박판이다. 상기 동합금은 벨리룸 함유율이 0.2~2.8중량%이다. 상기 절연물층은, 예를들어 메칠메타클레이트 변성고무, 니트릴고무, 염소화고무의 1종 또는 2종 이상이 혼합된 것을 사용한다. 이것을 적절한 용제에 용해시키고 프라이머처리등을 하며, 동합금층의 필요한 표면에 도포하고, 건조하여 소정 두께의 절연물층을 얻는다. 상기 오염방지 구조체를 취수관의 내벽에 접착하면 철, 절연물질, 베릴룸동의 3층구조가 형성된다. 이것에 의해 해양생물의 부착이 방지되고, 또한 동이온 및 베릴룸이온 용출의 지속작용에 의해 해양생물의 부착방지 기능이 지속된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1태양에 따른 오염방지 구조체의 제1실시예를 나타내는 개략적인 사시도.
제2도는 취수관의 내벽면에 상기 제1도에 나타난 오염방지 구조체가 부착된 상태를 나타내는 개략적인 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 제1태양에 따른 오염방지 구조체의 제2실시예를 나타내는 개략적인 사시도.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 베릴륨-동(BeCu) 합금의 산화피막의 상태를 나타내는 모식도.
제5도는 비교례로서 제공된 큐프로니켈(CuNi)의 산화피막의 상태를 나타내는 무식도.

Claims (14)

  1. 동합금과 절연물질층을 구비하여 이루어진 가소성의 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  2. 동합금의 표면에 절연물질층이 설치되고, 상기 절연물질층상에 접착물질층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연물질층이 금속체에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  4. 동합금의 박판과 절연물질층을 구비하여 이루어진 비가소성의 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절연물질층의 표면에 점착물질층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 점착물질층이 접착되는 기판이 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  7. 금속체의 표면에 절연물질층을 형성하고, 상기 절연물질층의 표면에 동합금으로 된 박판을 접착시키는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체의 설치방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 동합금은 베릴륨 함유량이 0.2~2.8중량%이고, 베릴륨-동, 베릴륨-코발트-동, 베릴륨-코발트-실리콘-동 및 베릴륨-니켈-동 합금으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되어지는 어느 1종의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체의 설치방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절연물질층은 타일 또는 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체의 설치방법.
  10. 금속체의 표면에 절연물질층이 형성되고, 상기 절연물질층의 표면에 동합금으로 된 금속망사가 접착되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생물부착방지 구조체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 동합금은 베릴륨 함유량이 0.2~2.8중량%이고, 베릴륨-동, 베릴륨-코발트-동, 베릴륨-코발트-실리콘-동 및 베릴륨-니켈-동 합금으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되어지는 어느 1종의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염방지 구조체.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 절연물질층은 수지로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 생물부착방지 구조체.
  13. 금속체의 표면에 절연물질층이 형성되고, 상기 절연물질층의 표면에 동합금으로 된 호일 부재(foil member)가 접착되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생물부착방지 구조체.
  14. 금속체의 표면에 절연물질층이 형성되고, 상기 절연물질층의 표면에 동합금으로 된 호일 부재가 접착되어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 생물부착방지 구조체.
