Abstract

본 발명은 식물세포내에서 외래유전자의 발현을 가능하게 하는 벡터에 양자리공의 cDNA 라이브러리에서 분리한 항바이러스성 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자를 삽입하여 제조한 항바이러스성 단백질 유전자 발현벡터를 식물세포에 형질전환시키고 배양함으로써 항바이러스성 단백질을 생성하는 식물체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 방법에 사용되는 유전자를 포함하는 제조합백터의 제조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 이용하여 항바이러스성 단백질을 생성하고 발현되는 형질전환 식물체를 제조함으로써, 여러 종류의 바이러스에 대하여 내성이 강한 식물체를 개발할 수 있으며, 아울려 형질전환 생물체에서 항바이러스성 단백질을 제조할 수 있을 것이다.

항바이러스성 단백질 발현벡터와 이것으로 형질전환된 식물체의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 cDNA 라이브러리로부터 순수분리한 PAP 유전자의 완전한 염기서열을 나타내고,
제 2 도는 발현벡터 pJRM100을 제조하는 일련의 순서를 도식화한 그림이며,
제 3 도는 발현벡터 pJRM100을 제한효소로 처리하여 아가로스 겔 전기영동한 결과를 나타내는 사진이며,
제 4 도는 발현벡터 pJRM100을 이용한 담배세포의 형질전환 과정을 순서대로 보여주고 있으며,

Claims (6)

  1. 항바이러스성 단백질 유전자를 식물체에서 발현시키는 재조합 유전자 pJRM100(KCTC 0052BP).
  2. 제 1 항의 재조합 유전자로 형질전환된 아그로박테리움 투메파시엔스(Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA 4404).
  3. 제 1 항의 재조합 유전자로 형질전환된 아그로박테리움을 매개로 형질전환된 식물세포를 배양함으로써 항바이러스성 단백질을 생성하는 식물체를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 항바이러스성 단백질은 PAP(phytolacca anti-viral protein)인 방법.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 식물체는 담배인 방법.
  6. 제 3 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 식물체로부터 생산되는 항바이러스성 단백질 PAP(phytolacca anti-vira1 protein) .
