Abstract
본 발명은, 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소활성를 갖는 단백질을 코드하는 DNA 배열을 식물염색체중에 짜넣어서 발현시킴으로써 RNA비루스에 대해서 저항성을 갖는 식물을 제조하는 방법, 및 그와같은 방법으로 얻어진 RNA비루스에 대해서 저항성을 갖는 식물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 식물은, 복수의 RNA 비루스에 대해서 저항성을 갖는다.

제1도는, pac I 유전자를 표함한 식물형 질환벡터의 구축을 나타낸 도면이다.
제2도는 형질전환 담배(삼선)의 엽중의 pac I 유전자산물의 검출을 위한 전기영동의 결과를 나타낸 사진이다.
제4도는 담배 모자익비루스(TMV)접종담배(삼선)엽중의 TMV외피단백질의 검출을 위한 전기영동의 결과를 나타낸 사진이다.
제8도는, CMV 접종후 13일째의 β-Gus 트랜스제닉담배(β Gus) 및 pac I #1, #2 트랜스제닉담배(삼선)에 나타난 명칭을 나타낸 생물의 형태를 나타낸 사진이다.
제16도는 TMV접종후 3일째의 R1식물(pac 1 #8-2, pac 1 #8-4, pac 1 #8-3) 및 콘트롤에 있어서의 접종엽을 나타낸 생물의 형태를 나타낸 사진이다.
Claims (4)
- 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소 활성을 갖는 단백질을 코드하는 DNA배열을 식물염색체중에 짜넣어서 발현시킴으로써, RNA비루수에 대하여 저항성을 갖는 식물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소활성을 갖는 단백질이 실질적으로 대장균 유래의 리보누크레아제 III 또는 효모유래의 Pac I 유전자에 코드된 RNA분해효소인 RNA비루스에 대해서 저항성을 갖는 식물을 제조하는 방법.
- 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소 활성을 갖는 단백질을 코드하는 DNA배열이 염색체중에 짜넣어져서 발현함을 특징으로 하는 RNA비루스에 저항성을 갖는 식물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2개쇄 RNA를 특이적으로 분해하는 효소활성을 갖는 단백질이 실질적으로 대장균유래의 리보누크레아제 III 또는 효모유래의 Pac I 유전자에 코드된 RNA 분해효소인 RNA 비루스 저항성을 갖는 식물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
