COMPRENDE: A) INFECTAR UNA CELULA DE ALGAS VERDES, ELEGIDA EN LAS ESPECIES CHLAMYDOMONAS REINHARDTII, PROTOSIPHON BOTRYOIDES Y CHLORELLA PYRENOIDOSA, CON AGROBACTERIUM TUMEFACIENS O AGROBACTERIUM RHIZOGENES GENERICAMENTE ALTERADO QUE CONTIENE UN GEN FORANEO BIOLOGICAMENTE FUNCIONAL INCORPORADO DENTRO DE LA SECUENCIA T-DNA, PROTOCARIOTICO, ENCARIOTICO, O UNA MEZCLA DE AMBOS, DEL PLASMIDO BACTERIAL, Y QUE COMPRENDE UN MARCADOR DE SELECCION; B) DIVIDIR ACTIVAMENTE EL AGROBACTERIUM Y LA CELULA DE ALGAS VERDES; Y C) INCUBAR A TEMPERATURA INFERIOR A 32C PARA LOGRAR EL CRECIMIENTO DE CELULAS DE ALGAS SOBRE EL MEDIO DE CRECIMIENTO ALGAL, DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA PERMITIR LA INFECCION DE LA CELULA ALGAL COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 30 SEGUNDOS Y 15 MINUTOS.
