Abstract

В заявке описан улучшенный способ достижения стабильной интеграции фрагмента экзогенной ДНК в интактной форме в геном эукариотической клетки, в частности растительной клетки. Способ предусматривает введение экзогенной ДНК вместе с одним или несколькими протеинами, которые обеспечивают интеграцию экзогенной ДНК в эукариотическую клетку, предназначенную для трансформации, причем протеины вводят в форме химерного гена или транслируемой РНК, предназначенной для экспрессии в эукариотической клетке. Способ, в частности, применим к растительным клеткам для достижения стабильной интеграции фрагмента экзогенной ДНК, связанного с пограничными последовательностями Т-ДНК, в интактной форме с использованием обеспечивающих интеграцию протеинов, происходящих из Agrobacterium. Из клеток, трансформированных в соответствии со способом по изобретению, могут быть получены трансгенные культуры, ткани и целые организмы, в частности трансгенные растения.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
