Abstract

본 발명은 복수의 유체들의 순차적인 계량을 이동하는 복수 성분 시스템에 유용하다. 페인트와 같은 성분 유체들을 분배하는 그러한 시스템에 있어서, 제어기는 소정량의 제1유체를 분배한 후, 제2유체의 분배 도중 제1유체의 실제 분배량에 비추어 필요한 제2유체의 양을 계산하고, 그후 그 양을 분배한다. 필요한 공차가 분배되는 제2유체의 양에서 감해질 수 있어 제2유체의 밸브로부터 항상 발생하는 오버런을 혼합물을 분배된 유체의 중간 범위에 놓이게 한다. 계속되는 사이클 도중, 분배된 실제 양을 기준으로 비율이 검사되고 실제의 비율이 공차를 벗어 나면 경보가 울린다.

Claims (2)

  1. 각각의 성분의 유동 경로 상에 계랑기와 밸브를 갖고, 상기 유동 경로가 혼합기에 연결되고, 소정의 비율로 분배할 것이 필요한, 적어도 제1 및 제2성분을 갖는 유체의 계량방법에 있어서, 상기 제7유체를 소정의 제1카운트 수 만큼 분배하는 단계와, 제1유체의 상기 밸브를 닫는 단계와. 상기 제2유체 밸브를 여는 단계와. 상기 제1유체의 오버런 카운트를 측정하는 단계와, 상기 제1소정의 카운트 수와 상기 제1유체의 오버런의 합에 대해 상기 소정의 비율을 유지하기에 필요한 상기 제2유체의 카운트 수를 계산한 후 제2유체 카운트를 정하기 위해 상기 소정 공차를 감산하는 단계와, 상기 제2유체 카운트가 분배된 후 상기 제2유체 밸브를 닫는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 계량 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 이전의 제1 및 제2유체 사이클 동안 분배된 실제의 비율을 계산하고. 상기 실제의 비율이 상기 소정 공차보다 더 많이 상기 소정의 비율을 초과할 경우 경로를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 계량 방법.
