Abstract

상측이 인슐레이터 지지부로 차체에 지지되며, 하단이전측 로워 아암의 중간부 외측으로 탄성부시를 개재시킨 연결부로 연결되고 중간부에 전후방향으로 돌출 형성되는 날개부의 양단에 어퍼 아암이 연결되는 스트러트아암과;양 선단으로 차체측단이 탄성부시를 개재시킨 연결부로 연결되고 휠측단은 조향너클의 상측단에 평면상으로 모아져 볼 죠인트로 연결되는 연결부에 연결되는 한쌍의 어퍼 아암과;상기 어퍼아암의 하측에 내측단에 탄성부시를 개재시킨 연결부로 연결되고 휠 측단은 조향너틀의 하측단에 볼죠인트에 의한 연결부로 연결된 한쌍의 로워아암으로 형성되어 어퍼아암이 만나는 점과 로워아암이 만나는 점을 연결한 선을 킹핀축으로 하는 자동차의 조향륜 현가장치를 제공함으로써, 가상 킹핀(kingpin)축의 설정을 용이하게 하고 가상의 링크를 만들어 롤 센터(Roll-Center)의 높이 변화율을 작게하여 설계 자유도를 높히고 조향 현상에 대한 민감도를 감소시켜 직진 안정성을 위시한 제반 조종 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

  1. 상측이 인슐레이터 지지부(10)로 차체에 지지되며, 하단이전측 로워아암(3)의 중간부 외측으로 탄성부시를 개재시킨 연결부(11)로 연결되고 중간부에 전후방향으로 돌출 형성되는 날개부(5)의 양단에 어퍼 아암(6)(7)이 연결되는 스트러트 아암(1)과; 양 선단으로 차체측단이 탄성부시를 개재시킨 연결부(12)(13)로 연결되고 휠측단은 조향너클(2)의 상측단에 평면상으로 모야져 볼 죠인트로 연결되는 연결부(14)(15)에 연결되는 한싸의 어퍼아암(6)(7)과;상기 어퍼아암(2)(3)의 하측에 내측단에 탄성부시를 개재시킨 연결부(16)(17)로 연결되고 휠 측단은 조향너틀(2)의 하측단에 볼 죠인트에의한 연결부(18)(19)로 연결된 한쌍의 로워 아암(6)(7)으로 형성되어 어퍼아암(6)(7)이 만나는 점(B1)과 로워아암(3)(4)이 만나는 점(B2)을 연결한 선을 킹핀축으로 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향륜 현가장치.
