Abstract

본 발명은 실시간에 전화사용에 관한 데이타를 축적하고, 그 데이타를 전기통신 시스템 관리자에게 실시간에 보고하는 전화사용 감시장치에 관한 것이다. 감시받는 전화는 연결된 교환기의 자동 중계 정보에서 식별되어진다. 보고대상 사건이 이런 전화들내에서 발생되면, 데이타 메시지가 그 전화가 포함된 그룹에 대한 경영 정보 시스템(MIS)으로 보내어진고 그 MIS의 기록들은 갱신되고 표시되어진다. 이에 의해서, 선택된 개별적 전화국 및/또는 그룹 전화국들에 대해서 실시간 정보가 표시될 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 보고대상 사건을 탐지하는 단계와, 상기 발견된 보고대상 사건에 대한 전화 선로가 감시되고 있는지를 검사하는 단계와, 상기 전화 선로가 감시되고 있는 경우에, 경영 정보 시스템에 대한 데이타 링크를 식별하는 단계와, 상기 전화 선로에 대한 상기 보고대상 사건을 상기 경영 정보 시스템으로 보고하는 단계와, 상기 경영 정보 시스템에서, 표시되거나 인쇄된 보고서를 작성하기 위해서 상기 전화 선로에 대한 기록 사항들을 실시간에 갱신하는 단계를 포함하는 전화사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감시되어질 전화 선호를 식별하기 위해 전화 회사 시스템 관리자 단말기로부터 데이타를 입력하여 교환기로 보내는 단계를 또한 포함하는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전화 회사 관리자 단말기로부터 식별된 전화 선로에 대한 보고대상 사건들을 통보하기 위하여 데이타 링크를 식별하는 정보를 입력하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경영 정보 시스템에 대한 전기통신 경영자 단말기로부터 특정 데이타 요구사항들을 상기 경영 정보 시스템에 입력하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보고대상 사건들이 호출을 홀드 상태에 두는 상황을 포함하고 있는 상기 전화사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보고대상 사건들이 전화 경보 시간과 전화 응답시간을 포함하는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보고대상 사건들이 전화회의 개시나 합류를 포함하는 상기 전화 사응 실시간 감시 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보고대상 사건들이 호출 전송을 포함하는 상기 전화사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보고대상 사건들이 호출 종결을 포함하는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.

  11. 제1항에 있어서, 통화 재개를 상기 보고할 사건들에 포함시키는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서. 감시하의 전화 회선으로부터 입수된 데이타를 식별함으로써 지정된 사건을 포함시키는 상기 전화 사용 실시간 감시 방법.
  13. 전기통신 시스템을 제어하기 위한 프로세서 수단을 포함하고. 다수의 전화 회선들에 접속될 교환기와, 데이타 링크에 의해 상기 교환기에 연결되어 전화 사용에 관한 정보를 축적하고 보고하는 적어도 하나의 경영 정보 시스템 (MIS)을 포함하는 전기 통신 시스템으로서, 상기 프로세서 수단은 감시하의 전화 회선을 식별하기 위한 메모리를 포함하며, 상기 프로세서 수단은 프로그램의 제어하에서 동작하여, 감시하의 상기 회선들에 대한 보고 대상 사건들을 탐지하고 보고대상 사건들이 탐지된 전화 회선에 대한 정보를 축적하는 기능을 수행하는 MIS에 대응하는 데이타 링크를 식별하고, 상기 보고대상 사건을 보고하는 메시지를 형성하고 상기 데이타 링크를 통해서 전송하는 기능을 하고, 상기 MIS는상기 메시지에 응답하여 상기 전화회선의 전화사용에 관한 정보를 실시간에 보고하고 갱신하는 기능을 갖는 전기 통신 시스템.
