Abstract

본 발명은 음극선관용 코팅조성물 및 이를 사용한 음극선관에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 알킬 실리케이트, 도전성 물질, 순수 및 용매를 포함하여 이루어지는 음극선관용 코팅조성물에 있어서, 상기 코팅조성물이 염산염, 질산염 및 초산염 중 적어도 하나의 금속염을 조성물 총량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 2중량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 코팅조성물을 제공한다. 이 조성물을 회전도포법에 의해 채용하여도 본 발명의 음극선관은 대전방지성과 반사방지성이 우수하다.

음극선관용 코팅조성물 및 이를 사용한 음극선관
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제3도는 본 밭명의 실시예 1에 따라 얻어지는 코팅조성물을 제1도의 스프레이법에 따라 코팅처리한 코팅막의 400배 확대사진이고,
제4도 내지 6도는 각각 본 발명의 실시예 1,2 및 3에 따라 얻어지는 코팅조성물을 제2도의 회전도포법에 따라 코팅처리한 코팅막의 400배 확대사진이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 알킬 실리케이트, 도전성물질, 순수 및 용매를 포함하여 이루어지는 음극선관용 코팅조성물에 있어서, 상기 코팅조성물이 염산염, 질산염 및 초산염중 적어도 하나의 금속염을 조성물 총량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 2중량%더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 코팅조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속염이 염화칼륨(KCI), 염화나트륨(NaCl), 염화암모늄(NH4Cl), 질산칼륨(KNO3), 질산나트륨(NaN03). 질산암모늄(NH4N03), 초산칼륨(CH3C00K), 초산나트륨(CH3COONa) 및 초산암모늄(CH3COONH4)중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 코팅조성물.
  3. 패널의 외표면에 이산화규소 및 도전성물질을 포함하여 이루어지는 대전방지 및 방현성 코팅막을 구성하는 음극선관에 있어서, 상기 코팅막이 염산염, 질산염 및 초산염 중 적어도 하나의 금속염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코팅막의 외광반사도가 40 내지 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
