Abstract
PURPOSE:To exhibit heat fog restraining effect comparable to a heat developable photosensitive material containing a heavy metallic salt like a mercury compound and to obtain a pure black tone image of high image density, by adding a specified compound drived from tetrazole. CONSTITUTION:A compound represented by the general formula shown in which R1 and R2 are each optionally substituted alkyl or aryl optionally substituted by lower alkyl, halogen, lowr alkoxy, acyl, acylamino, sulfonylamino, NO2, CN, or the like is added to the single-or multilayer heat developable photosensitive material containing heat developable photosensitive elements consisting of photosensitive silver halide or a component producng it, a reducible organic silver salt, such as silver behenate, a reducing agent, such as hydroquinone, and a binder, thus permitting heat fog to be restrained without using no toxic heavy metallic salt like mercury salt, and a pure black tone image of high density to be obtained.
