전기, 전자제품의 배선단자 설치구조

본 고안은 전기, 전자제품의 배선단자 설치구조에 관한 고안이다.
종래 전기, 전자제품의 배선단자는 회로기판상에 너트를 납땜고정 시키거나 별도 너트고정부를 형성하여 이를 기판상 회로부와 배선연결토록 하고 있다. 따라서 전자의 경우 P·C·B 기판상에 배선연결을 위한 별도의 납땜 작업을 해야 함으로써 작업공정이 추가되는 문제점이 있으며, 후자는 기판상에 배선이 복잡하게 연결되어야하는 폐단이 지적된다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점 및 제폐단점들을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 회로기판의 측부에 배선공이 뚫린 배선단자용 돌출부를 일정간격으로 배설하되, 이 돌출부의 표면상에 회로부와 연결되는 도체 박막을 프린트배선하여 배선공을 통해 볼트, 너트 체결로서 각각의 배선을 고정토록 구성함으로써, 회로기판상에 배선을 위한 별도의 납땜고정 작업이 불필요하게 된 것이다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
공지의 회로기판(1)측부에 배선공(2′)이 뚫린 다수의 배선단자용 돌부(2)를 일정간격으로 배설하되, 이 돌부(2)의 표면상에 회로기판상 회로부(4)와 연결되는 도체박막(3)을 프린트 배선하여서 된 구조이다.
이와 같은 구조의 본 고안은 배선단자용 돌부(2)가 회로기판(1)상에 일체로 형성되어 있고, 또 이 돌부 상면에는 회로부(4)와 연결된 도체박막(3)이 프린트 배선되어 있으므로 돌부상의 배선공(2′)을 통해 도면과 같이 볼트(5)와 너트(6)를 체결하여 그 사이에 배선(7)을 연결함으로써, 배선단자의 기능을 수행할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서 회로기판상에 배선단자를 고정설치하기 위한 별도의 납땜작업을 요하거나, 회로기판과는 별도로 너트고정부를 기기상에 설치하여 이를 다시 배선연결하는 등의 종래 배선단자 설치구조에 비하여 공수절감은 물론 제조원가도 대폭 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 공지의 회로기판(1)측부에 배선공(2′)이 뚫린 다수의 배선단자용 돌부(2)를 일정간격으로 배설하되, 이 돌부(2)의 표면상에 회로기판상 회로부(4)와 연결되는 도체박막(3)를 프린트 배선하여서 된 전기, 전자제품의 배선단자 설치구조.
