Abstract
트로이달-롤링 레이스-견인식 연속가변비 변속기는 하부구역 및 상부구역에서 상기 구역사이의 동시 변화와 함께 각 동가능하고 변환기(3) 즉 비변환 성분과 일련의 기어들(2)을 포함하고 상기 성분들은 상기 하부구역과 상부구역의 경우 다르게 조합설정되며, 상기 기어의 출력은 전체로서 연속가변비 변속기의 출력축(1)에 연결가능하고 상기 기어들은 변화기 출력축(19)과 엔진동력축(5)에 각각 접속된 제1성분(25) 및 제2성분(29)를 구비하며 하부구역에서 기어는 출력을 재순환 즉 출력축에 전송시키고 상기 출력은 두 입력치의 차와 동일한 반면에 상부구역에서, 기어는 출력을 분리시키고 출력축에 전송시키며 상기 출력은 두 입력치의 합으로 나타낸다.

Claims (7)
- 하부구역 및 상부구역에서 상기 구역사이의 동시 변화와 함께 작동가능하고 변환기(3) 즉 비변환 성분과 일련의 기어들(2)을 포함하고 상기 성분들은 상기 하부구역과 상부구역의 경우 다르게 조합설정되며, 상기 기어의 출력은 전체로서 연속가변비 변속기의 출력축(1)에 연결가능하고 상기 기어들은 변화기 출력축(19)과 엔진동력축(5)에 각각 접속된 제1성분(25) 및 제2성분(29)를 구비하는 트로이달-롤링레이스-견인식 연속 가변비 변속기에 있어서, 하부구역에서 기어는 출력을 재순환 즉 출력축에 전송시키고 상기 출력은 두 입력치의 차와 동일한 반면에 상부구역에서, 기어는 출력을 분리시키고 출력축에 전송시키며 상기 출력은 두 입력치의 합으로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일련의 기어들의 모든 성분(25,29,33,36)들은 동축상으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기어성분 및 변화기는 동축상으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변환기의 출력축과 엔진의 동력축에 각각 접속된 기어의 제1성분(25)과 제2성분(29)은 주 전원식으로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2성분은 평면 기어(30)를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상부구역에서, 구동력은 상기 평면기어와 내부적으로 맞물리는 제3성분(33)을 경유해서 연속가변비 변속기에 전송되고 하부구역에서 이들이 외부적으로 맞물리는 제4성분(36)을 경유해서 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 평면기어는 큰 반경과 작은 반경을 나타내는 계단형기어의 형태이며, 큰 반경의 기어(31)는 상기 제1성분과 맞물리고 작은 반경의 기어(32)는 상기 제3성분 및 제4성분과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
