Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 폴리에스테르, 섬유 및 필름, 상기 섬유로부터 제조된 부직포, 및 기저귀와 같은 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 일회용 제품을 제공한다. 이러한 제품은 폐기물 퇴비화 공정 중에 통상적으로 존재하는 조건하에서 분해될 수 있고, 저렴한 성분 비용을 갖고, 일회용 기저귀와 같은 최종 용도를 위하여 적합한 강도 및 인성을 제공한다. 본 발명의 코폴리에스테르는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 술포기를 함유하는 단량체 및 디에틸렌 그리콜과 같은 폴리에틸렌 에테르와 공중합되는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 기재로 하고, 그들의 분해 온도보다 더 낮은 융점을 갖도록 선택된 지방족 히드록시산으로부터의 단위가 포함된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 본질적으로 하기 식의 반복 구조 단위들로 이루어진 섬유 및 필름 형성용 폴리에스테르.
    -[-C(O)-R-C(O)-OGO-]a-[-C(O)-Q-O-]b
    식 중, R은 본질적으로 2가 방향족 라디칼로 이루어지고, R의 약 85몰% 이상은 p-페닐렌이며, G는 약 20 내지 40 몰%가 -(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-및 -(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-O-(CH2)2-로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 폴리에틸렌 에테르 라디칼이고, G의 잔여부는 -(CH2)2-,-(CH2)3-및 (CH2)4라디칼로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 하이드롸르빌렌 라디칼이며, Q는 식 HO[-C(O)-Q-O-]XH(단, x는 정수임)의 히드록시산(이 히드록시산은 그의 분해 온도보다 적어도 5℃ 낮은 융점을 가짐)으로부터 유도되고, 화학 결합 및 하이드로카르빌렌 라디칼 -(CH2)n-(단, n은 1 내지 5의 정수임),-C(R´)H- 및 -C(R´)HCH2-(여기에서, R´는 -CH3및 -CH2CH2의 군 중에서 선택됨)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되며 “a”및 “b”는 중합체의 몰분율을 나타내는 것으로서, 몰분율 “a”는 60 내지 98%일 수 있고, 상보적으로 몰분율 “b”는 “a”에 따라 2 내지 40%일 수 있으며, 단, 중합체의 약 0.1 내지 약 2.5몰%는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 술포기를 함유한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R의 약 97.5몰% 이상이 p-페닐렌인 폴리에스테르.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 섬유.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 부직포 시이트.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 필름.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 발포체.
  7. 제5에 따른 필름 및 부직포 시이트층 또는 종이층으로 이루어진 복합체.
  8. 그의 한쪽 표면상에 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 투수 시이트를 갖는 흡수 본체부를 포함하는 일회용 기저귀.
  9. 그의 한쪽 표면상에 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 불투수시이트를 갖는 흡수본체부를 포함하는 일회용 기저귀.
