Abstract
산성 완충염 수용액을 사용하여 미라쿨린-함유재로부터 미라쿨린을 추출함을 특징으로 하는 미라쿨린의 제조방법에 의해서 안정한 감미-유도 활성이 있으며 착색 불순물이 없는, 정제된 미라쿨린이 산업적 규모로서 효율적으로 수득될 수 있다.

- 산성 완충염 수용액을 사용하여 미라쿨린-함유재로부터 미라쿨린을 추출함을 특징으로 하여, 미라쿨린을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산성 완충염 수용액의 pH값이 3.5 내지 5.5 범위인 미라쿨린의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
