Claims (1)
- 제빵용 효모에 10-20% 농도가 되도록 가수하여 효모현탁액을 만들고 식염, 에틸알코올을 첨가하여 50-55℃에서 24시간 자기소화시키는 공지의 효모엑기스 제조법에 의해 생성된 폐박을 산분해하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 효모폐박을 이용한 조미액 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
