Abstract

본 발명은 타이어 트레드를 제조하는데 사용하기에 적합한 조성물을 제공한다. 본 조성물은 C4내지 C7이소모노올레핀 및 p-알킬스티렌의 할로겐-함유 공중합체; 스티렌-부다디엔 고무와 같은 고무 카본블랙; 및 가소제 오일을 포함한다. 또한 이러한 조성물로 제조된 트레드를 포함하는 타이어도 제공된다.

Claims (26)

  1. (a) C4내지 C7이소모노올레핀 및 p-알킬스티렌의 할로겐-함유 공중합체; (b) 천연 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔, 고무 폴리부타디엔 고무, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 비공액 디엔의 삼원공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 고무; (c) 카본블랙; (d) 가소제 오일; 및 (e) 경화재를 포함하는 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  2. 제1항의 가황된 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙 이의의 다른 충진제, 고무 배합용 첨가제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 성분을 추가로 포함하는 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타이어 트레드 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 상기 공중합체가 약 3 내지 약 30중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고 상기 고무(b)가 약 25 내지 약 50 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고 상기 카본블랙이 약 20 내지 약 50 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고 ;상기 가소제 오일이 0 이상 내지 약 25 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고; 상기 경화제가 약 1.5 내지 약 6 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 상기 p-알킬스티렌을 약 0.5 내지 약 20 중량% 포함하는 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 상기 할로겐을 0 이상 내지 약 7.5 중량% 포함하는 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 염소 브롬 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 브롬를 포함하고 상기 브롬이 상기 p-알킬스티렌에 화학적으로 결합된 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소모노올레핀이 이소부틸레이고, 상기 p-알킬스티렌이 p-메틸스티렌인 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일가소제가 나프텐 오일이고 상기 고무(b)가 천연고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 폴리 부타디엔 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 추가성분이 충진제이고, 상기 충진제가 점토 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 이산화티탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 추가성분이 고무 배합용 첨가제이고, 상기 고무 배합용 첨가제가 산화방지제, 안정화제, 안료, 고무가공 보조제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 타이어 트레드용 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 산화아연을 포함하는 타이어 트레드 조성물.
  14. 그의 적어도 일부가 (a) C4내지 C7이소모노올레핀 및 p-알킬스티렌의 할로겐-함유 공중합체 (b) 천연 고무 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 플리부타디엔 고무, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 비공액 디엔의 삼원공중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 고무, (c) 카본 블랙 및 (d) 가소제 오일을 포함하는 조성물로부터 제조된 트레드를 포함하는 기황된 타이어.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 카본블랙 이외의 따른 충진제 고무 배합용 첨가제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 성분을 추가로 포함하는 가황된 타이어.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 상기 공중합체 약 3 내지 약 30 중량% 상기 고무(b)가 약 25 내지 약 50 중량% 카본 블랙 약 20 내지 약 50 중량% 및 상기 가소제 오일 0 이상 내지 25 중량%를 포함하는 가황된 타이어.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 가소제 오일이 나프텐 오일이고, 상기 고무(b)가 천연고무, 스티렌-부다디엔 고무, 폴리부타디엔 고무 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가황된 타이어.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 상기 p-알킬스티렌을 약 0.5 내지 약 20 중량% 포함하는 가황된 타이어.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체가 상기 할로겐을 0 이상 내지 약 7.5 중량% 포함하는 가황된 타이어.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 염소 브롬 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가황된 타이어.
  21. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 브롬을 포함하고, 상기 브롬이 상기 p-알킬스티렌에 화화적으로 결함된 가황된 타이어.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 이소모노올레핀이 이소부틸렌이고, 상기 p-알킬스티렌이 p-메틸스티렌인 가황된 타이어.
  23. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 추가성분이 충진제이고, 상기 충진제가 점토, 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 이산화티탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가황된 타이어.
  24. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 추가 성분이 고무 배합용 첨가제이고, 상기 고무 배합용 첨가제가 산화방지제, 안정화제, 안료, 고무가공 보조제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가황된 타이어.
  25. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 타이어가 자동차 타이어인 가황된 타이어.
