Abstract
이 발명은 현탁중합에 의해 평균입자크기 20∼30㎛의 미세한 비늘플로리드 그라프트 코폴리머의 제조방법에 있어서, 그 그라프트모너머상을 미가교 또는 가로알킬아크릴레이트폴리머 0. 1∼5.0wt%의 존재하에서 메톡시함량 15∼25% 히드록시프로필함량 3∼10%, ASTM D 2363에 의한 점도 30∼150mpa·s를 가진 셀룰로오스에테르를 사용하여 중합하는 제조방법에 그 특징이 있다.

Claims (7)
- 모노머-가용성 프리래디컬개시제와, 버퍼물질(buffersubstances) 또는 유화제등의 또다른 통상의 첨가제의 존재하에서 현탁중합에 의해 평균입자크기 20∼30㎛의 미세한 비닐클로리드 그라프트코폴리머의 제조방법에 있어서, 그라프트모노머(graft monomer), 비닐플로리드 또는 C2- 내지 C12-알킬래디컬을 가진 (메타)아크릴레이트 또는 탄소원자 2-12의 지방족모노카르확실산의 비닐에스테르등 비닐클로리드와 공중합할 수 있는 20wt% 이내의 모노머와 비닐클로리드의 혼합물이 그 그라프트모노머의 함량에 대하여, 고형분함량 30-60wt%의 수용성에멀죤에 초기 도입시킨 C2-C8-알킬래디컬을 가진 알킬아크릴레이트의 가교코폴리머 또는 미가교호모폴리머의 그룹에서의 알킬아크릴레이트 폴리머 1.0∼5.0wt%와, 그라프트모노머의 함량에 대하여, 메톡시함량 15∼25%, 히드록시프로필함량 3∼10% ASTM D2363에 의한 점도 30∼150mpa·s를 가지며 초기 도입시키거나 그 그라프트모노머의 첨가후에 계량할 셀룰로오스에테르 0.1∼1.0wt%의 존재하에 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 그라프트모노머는 비닐플로리드임을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 알킬아크릴레이트 폴리머는 폴리부틸 아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 알킬아크릴레이트 폴리머는 그 알킬아크릴레이트 부분에 대하여 가교작용을 가진 에틸렌기 폴리불포화모노머 (ethylenically polyunsaturated comonomers) 0.1∼1.0wt%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알릴메타크릴레이트 0.1∼1.0wt%로 가교시킨 폴리부틸아크릴레이트를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐클로리드 그라프트모노머상에는 가교작용을 가진 에틸렌기 폴리불포화코모노머 0.1∼5.0wt%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
