Claims (7)

  1. 아크릴로니트릴 40-80중량부, 연화단량체 10-40중량부, 친수성 단량체 5-40중량부로 된 단량체 혼합물을 유화 중합시켜 라텍스 코팅제를 제조함에 있어서, 제 1 단계로 개시제 0.05-1중량부, 유화제0.1-2.0중량부, 이온교환수 80-200중량부를 반응기에 투입한 후, 제 2 단계로 상기 단량체 혼합물을 단독으로 사용하거나 또는 상기 단량체 혼합물에 개시제 0.01-0.5중량부, 유화제 0.01-0.8중량부, 이온교환수 3-100중량부로 구성된 에멀젼 혼합물을 반응기에 투입하거나 또는 상기 단량체 혼합물과 상기 에멀젼 혼합물을 복합 투입하면서 중합시켜 입자크기가 10-100nm인 공중합체 라텍스를 제조한 다음, 제 3 단계로 상기 공중합체 라텍스 100중량부에 대하여 점증제 0.1-2중량부, 응집제(Coalescing agent)5-25중량부, 웨팅제(Wetting agent)0.01-0.2중량부, 소포제 0.1-0.2중량부, 레올로지 보강제(Rheology Modifier)0.1-2중량부로부터 선택한 1종 이상을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 라텍스 코팅제의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 연화단량체가 에틸아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 부틸아크렐레이트, 부타디엔인 공중합체 라텍스코팅제의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 친수성 단량체가 N-부틸아크릴아미드, N-옥틸아크릴아미드, 2-하이드록시 에틸메타 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트인 공중합체 라텍스 코팅제의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유화제가 알킬술폰산염, 알킬벤젠술폰산염, P-1-메틸알킬벤젠 술폰산염, 포하지방산염, 디알킬술폰숙신산염인 공중합체 라텍스 코팅제의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 점증제가 전분, 메틸셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시 에틸셀룰로오즈, 폴리비닐알콜, 수용성 아크릴중합체인 공중합체 라텍스 코팅제의 제조방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 응집제가 탄소수 1-6인 알콕시에틸렌 글리콜 아세테이트, 알킬 그룹이 탄소수 2-4인 디에틸렌글리콜 알킬에테르 에세테이트인 공중합체 라텍스 코팅제의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유화제의 투입방법에 있어서, 중합초기에 전유화제량의 60% 이상 첨가하는 공중합체 라텍스 코팅제의 제조방법.
