Claims (10)
- 2층 구조를 가지는 공중합체 에멀션을 제조하기 위하여 모노머 유니트로서 10-50wt%의 (메트)아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 공중합체로 구성된 씨드를 포함하는 씨드에멀션(Ⅰ)의 존재하에, 한 개 이상의 수성 비닐모노머 성분을 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 수성 에멀션의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 비닐 모노머 성분(Ⅱ)에 대한 씨드 에멀션(Ⅰ)의 고형물질의 비는 50:50-95:5범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 비밀 모노머 성분(Ⅱ)을 (메트)아크릴아마이드의 중량으로 50-100% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 모노머 유니트로서 10-50wt%의 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 공중합체로 구성된 씨드를 포함하는 씨드 에멀션(Ⅰ)의 존재하에, 한개 이상의 수성비닐 모노머성분을 중합시켜 제조된 2층 구조를 가지는 수성 에멀션 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴로니트릴과 공중합할 수 있는 중합가능한 유리라디칼(free radical) 모노머는 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 에스테르, 방향족 비닐 화합물, 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산, 친수성 모노머, 컨쥬게이트된 다올레핀류, 비닐 아세테이트, 비닐 클로라이드, 비닐리덴 클로라이드로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 멤버임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴로니트릴과 공중합할 수 있는 중합가능한 유리라디칼모노머는 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 에스테르, 방향족 비닐 화합물, 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산, 친수성 모노머, 컨쥬게이트된 다올레핀류, 비닐 아세테이트, 비닐 클로라이드, 비닐리덴 클로라이드로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 멤버임을 특징으로 하는 수성 에멀션 조성물.
- 제4항의 수성 에멀션 조성물을 포함하는 릴리즈 종이용 방수도료제.
- 제4항의 수성 에멀션 조성물을 포함하는 릴리즈 종이의 후면처리용 시약.
- 제4항의 수성 에멀션 조성물을 포함하는 디아조 감광성 종이용 바인더.
