Abstract
본 발명은 100nm초과의 Si3N4및 200nm초과의 AlN을 제외한, 하기 식으로 표시되는 미세한 비산화물 세라믹 분말에 관한 것이다.

식중, Me는 B, Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Y, Ta, Nb, Mo, W, La, Fe, Co, Ni 및 (또는) Cr이고, X는 C, N, B 및 Si 또는 이들의 혼합물이다.

Claims (15)
100nm 보다 큰 Si3N4및 200nm 보다 큰 AlN을 제외고는 1.0nm 내지 500nm의 입도를 나타내고, 개개 입자들 중의 1% 미만의 분말의 평균 입도로부터 40% 초과의 편차를 나타내며, 60% 초과의 편차를 나타내는 개개입자는 존재하지 않는, 하기 식으로 표시되는 미세한 비산화물 세라믹 분말.

식중, Me는 B, Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Y, Ta, Nb, Mo, W, La, Fe, Co, Ni 및 Cr중의 적어도 하나이고, X는 C, N, B 및 Si 중의 적어도 하나이다.
제1항에 있어서, 개개 입자들 중의 1% 미만이 평균 입도로부터 20% 초과의 편차를 나타내며, 50% 초과의 편차를 나타내는 개개 입자는 존재하지 않는 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 개개 입자들 중의 1% 미만이 평균 입도로 인해 10% 초과의 편차를 나타내며, 40% 초과의 편차를 나타내는 개개 입자는 존재하지 않는 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 입도 범위가 1nm 내지 100nm미만인 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 입도 범위가 1nm 내지 50nm미만인 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 비산화물 세라믹 분말이 WC, SiC, B4C, ZrC, VC, HfC, Mo2C, Cr3C2인 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 비산화물 세라믹 분말이 B, Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo 및 W로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 질화물로 이루어진 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말이 500ppm미만인 산소 함량을 갖는 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말이 1000ppm미만의 산소 함량을 갖는 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말이 100ppm미만의 산소 함량을 갖는 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말 중의 오염물질의 총 합계량이 산화성 오염물질을 제외하면 5000ppm미만인 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말 중의 오염물질의 총 합계량이 산화성 오염물질을 제외하면 1000ppm미만인 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말 중의 오염물질의 총 합계량이 산화성 오염물질을 제외하면 200ppm미만인 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말이 1kg을 초과하는 양으로 제조되는 분말.
제1항에 있어서, 분말이 50 ppm미만의 산소 함량을 갖는 분말.
