Abstract

본 발명은 10nm 내지 3μm 미만의 한정된 입자 크기를 갖는 B, Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta 및(또는) Cr 금속의 미립자 분말에 관한 것이다.

제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 분말 제조기를 나타내는 개략도.

Claims (14)

1.0nm 내지 3μm 미만의 한정된 입자 크기를 갖고, 개개 입자들 중 평균 입자 크기로부터 40%이상 벗어나는 것은 1% 미만이며, 평균 입자 크기로부터 60%이상 벗어나는 개개 입자들은 존재하지 않는, B, Al, Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta 및(또는) Cr로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 미립자 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 개개 입자들 중 평균 입자 크기로부터 20% 이상 벗어나는 것은 1% 미만이며, 상기 분말의 개개 입자들 중 평균 입자 크기로부터 50% 이상 벗어나는 것은 존재하지 않는 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분말의 개개 입자들 중 평균 입자 크기로부터 10%이상 벗어나는 것은 1%미만이며, 상기 분말의 개개 입자들 중 평균 입자 크기로부터 40% 이상 벗어나는 것은 존재하지 않는 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 1 내지 500nm 미만인 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 1 내지 100nm 미만인 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 분말의 산소 함량이 5,000ppm 미만인 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 분말의 산소 함량이 1,000ppm 미만인 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 분말의 산소 함량이 100ppm 미만인 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 산화성 불순물을 제외한 불순물의 총량이 5,000ppm 미만인 금속 분말.
제 1 항에 있어서, 산화성 불순물을 제외한 불순물의 총량이 1,000ppm 미만인 금속 분말.
