Abstract
METODO PARA PRODUCIR UNA ALEACION DE ALUMINIO DE ALTA RESISTENCIA MECANICA A TEMPERATURA ELEVADA. CONSISTE EN REALIZAR UNA MATRIZ DE SOLUCION SOLIDA DE ALUMINIO CONTENIENDO UNA DISPERSION DE PARTICULAS DE REFUERZO. SE CONSIGUE SOLIDIFICANDO UNA ALEACION DE ALUMINIO FUNDIDO QUE CONTIENE ENTRE EL 5 Y 15 POR 100 EN PESO DE HIERRO Y ENTRE EL 1 Y 15 POR 100 DE UN ELEMENTO REFRACTARIO, PREFERENTEMENTE MOLIBDENO, REALIZANDO LA SOLIDIFICACION A UNA VELOCIDAD SUPERIOR A LOS 10-50 C./SEG.; LA COMBINACION SOLIDA OBTENIDA COMPRENDE PARTICULAS CONSTITUIDAS POR AL3FE CON UNA PARTE DEL FE SUSTITUIDA POR EL ELEMENTO REFRACTARIO, QUE SE CONSOLIDAN POR TRATAMIENTO TERMICO A TEMPERATURAS INFERIORES A 350 C. EL ELEMENTO REFRACTARIO ESTA EN PROPORCION DEL 15 AL 35 POR 100 DEL CONTENIDO DE HIERRO. LA PARTE DE REFUERZO OBTENIDA SUPONE ENTRE EL 5 Y 30 POR 100 EN VOLUMEN.
