Abstract

본 발명은 비교적 소형이면서 다수매의 디스크를 동시에 장전가능하고, 더구나 디스크 교환도 용이하게 실시되고, 디스크의 선택기 구부의 간소화를 꾀할 수 있는 콤팩트한 디스크 재생장치를 실현하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로, 디스크 재생부에 디스크를 재치하는 디스크받이(2)에 대하여 복수매의 디스크를 소정의 간격을 두고 상하방향으로 복수단에 유지하는 디시크 홀더(3)를 상기 디스크 재생부에 인접하여 상하운동 자유롭게 설치하고, 또 상기 디스크 재생부와 디스크 홀더의 소정높이의 단과의 사이에서 디스크의 외주부를 접촉시켜서 이 디스크를 직선적으로 가이드하는 디스크 가이드(6,8)와, 상기 디스크받이와의 사이에서 이 디스크를 이용하는 슬라이드체(디스크 이송기구)(4)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치이다.

제3도는 디스크홀더와 그 상하운동기구의 개략구성을 도시하는 도면.
제4도는 실시예장치의 구동계를 모식적으로 도시하는 도면.

Claims (9)

  1. 디스크 재생부에 있어서 디스크를 재치하는 디스크받이(2)와,상기 디스크 재생부에 인접하여 상하운동 자유롭게 설치되고, 복수매의 디스크를 단체로 소정의 간격을 두고 상하방향으로 복수단에 유지하는 디스크 홀더(3)와, 디스크의 외주부를 접촉시켜서 이 디스크를 디스크 재생부와 디스크 홀더(3)의 소정 높이의 단과의 사이에서 직선적으로 가이드한 디스크 가이드와, 상기 디스크이 외주부의,이 디스크의 중심을 기준으로 하여 상기 디스크 가이드와 반대측의 부위를 이 디스크 가이드와 평행이 되는 방향으로 눌러서 상기 디스크 홀더(3)의 소정 높이의 단과 상기 디스크 받이(2)와의 사이에서 이 디스크를 이송하는 디스크 이송기구와, 를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.`1
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디스크받이(2)는 디스크 재생부와 이 디스크재생부의 디스크 홀더(3)와는 반대측의 위치와의 사이에서 이동가능하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디스크 가이드는 디스크 홀더(3)내의 디스크의 가장자리부를 하방으로 지지하는 복수의 지지부와 일체로 형성된 홀더측 가이드(8)와, 상기 디스크받이(2)와 일체로 형성된 디스크받이측 가이드(6)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 디스크 이송기구는 디스크의 외주부를 디스크 재생부측에서 홀더(3)측으로 향하여 누르는 반송측 누름돌기(4a)와, 디스크 홀더(3)측에서 재생부측으로 향하여 누르는 송출측 누름돌기(4b)를 구비하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 디스크 이송기구는 디스크의 외주부를 누를 때에 이 디스크의 가장자리를 하방에서 약간 떠올리는 지지편을, 이 디스크에 대하여 접이 자유롭게 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디스크받이(2)와 디스크 홀더(3)와의 사이에 디스크의 외주부에 접하여 이 디스크를 적정 위치측으로 모으는 위치 결정부재를 설치하고,디스크받이(2)와 디스크 홀더(3)와의 사이에서의 디스크의 이동 시에는 상기 위치결정부재를 상기 디스크받이(2)의 디스크 재치면 이하로 하강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,상기 위치결정부재는 상하운동 자유롭게 설치되고,디스크의 외주부를 누르는 누름경사면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 원주방향으로 높이가 소정높이씩 변화하는 복수의 홀더받이면을 갖는 동일형상의 복수의 단 캠(15)과, 이들의 단캠(15)을 동기회전시키는 연동회전체를 디스크 홀더(3)의 하방위치에 설치하고,상기 디스크 홀더(3)의 밑면에는 상기 각 단 캠(15)의 동일 높이의 홀더받이면에 동시에 맞닿는 복수의 캠 맞닿음부(20)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 홀더(3)는 디스크 재생부측을 전면 열리게 함과 동시에 디스크 이송기구측은 수납된 디스크의 중심을 통하는 디스크 가이드에 대하여 직교하는 선을 기준으로 하여 이 선보다 디스크 재생부와는 반대의 위치로 부터 디스크 재생부측을 열리게 하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 재생장치.
