Abstract

본 발명은 록캠에 의해서 뚜껑체를 걸어맞추고, 또 캠의 회전위치를 토글스프링에 의해 부세하므로서 뚜껑폐쇄시의 덜컹거림을 억제할 수 있는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로서, 그 구성에 있어서는, 본체(2)에 설치된 회전축(8)을 중심으로해서 회전 동작하는 록캠(5)과, 이 록캠(5)을 회전시켜서 뚜껑개방시키는 조작레버(7)를 구비하고, 또한, 토글스프링(9)을 뚜껑개방상태와 뚜껑폐쇄상태의 각각의 위치에서 록캠(5)을 부세상태로 유지하도록 구성하고, 상기 록캠(5)은 뚜껑폐쇄상태에 있어서, 계속부세할 수 있도록한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 본체에 설치한 회전축을 중심으로해서 개폐하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치로서, 본체를 구성하는 샤시에 회전자재하게 지지되어 뚜껑체에 설치한 걸림편에 걸리게되는 걸림클릭을 형성한 록캠과, 이 록캠을 회동조작가능하게 구성된 조작레버와, 상기 록캠의 걸림클릭에 의한 걸림편의 걸림상태의 제1의 부세상태와 걸림해제상태의 제2부세상태의 2개의 부세상태에 당해 록캠을 회동부세하는 토글스프링을 구비하고, 상기 조작레버는 적오도 록캠에 의한 뚜껑체걸림편의 걸림상태에서 그 걸림을 해제 가능한 위치까지 당해 록캠을 회동조작 가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 록캠은, 제2부세상태인 뚜껑체의 뚜껑개방상태에서 뚜껑체 걸림편쪽으로 돌출하는 압압부를 설치하고, 이압압부가 뚜껑폐쇄시에 두껑체걸림편에 의해 압압되므로서 회전하고, 당해 록캠은 일정한 회전가에서 토글스프링이 반전하고, 걸림클릭이 뚜껑체걸림편에 걸려져서 제1의 부세상태가 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑폐쇄상태로부터 뚜껑개방상태로 하기 위한 조작레버를, 뚜껑개방동작시에만 록캠의 소정위치에 당접해서 록캠을 회동개시가능하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑폐쇄상태에 있어서, 걸림편은 토글스프링의 제2의 부세상태에의 부세력에 의해서, 당해 뚜껑체를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 항상 작용하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 뚜껑체의 내면에, 복수의 탄성볼록부를 구성한 탄성체를 설치하고, 그 뚜껑체와 본체의 사이에 수납하는 수납물을 소정의 위치에 압압하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 본체에 있어서의 록캠의 근처에, 록캠의 회전을 저지하는 저지수단을 설치하고, 뚜껑폐쇄상태에 있어서 조작레버를 부주의로 손을 대어서 뚜껑체가 개방되지 않도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 뚜껑체 개폐장치.
