Abstract

본 발명은 다양한 프린터에 사용되는 열프리트헤드에 관련되는 것으로서 증가된 프린팅폭에 맞게 프린트헤드의 길이를 조정할 수 있게하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 분할접속형 열프린트헤드는 절연베이스보드(3)와, 베이스보드(3)상에 직렬로 배치된 복수개의 단위기판으로 구성되고, 각 단위가판들(2)은 서로 전기적으로 독립한 개별공통전극(5)을 가진다. 또한 베이스보드(3)는 그것과의 관련성에 대응하여 각 단위기판(2)의 아래에 뻗어 있는 복수개의 도체막들(7)로 형성되고, 각각의 도체막들(7)은 다른 도체막들과 전기적으로 독립되어 있지만 상응하는 단위기판의 공통전극과는 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 절연베이스보드수단(3,3')과, 베이스보드수단(3,3')상에 직렬로 배치된 복수개의 단위기판이 있고, 각 단위기판(2)은 단위기판(2)의 가장자리를 따라 단단히 곧게 벋은 선형가열저항수단(4)과 이 가열저항수단(4)과 상기 가장자리 사이에 뻗어있는 공통전극(5)으로 구성된 분할접속형 열프린트헤드에 있어서, 각 단위기판들(2)의 공통전극(5)들이 서로 전기적으로 독립되어 있으며, 베이스보드수단(3,3')이 그것과의 관련성에 대응하여 각 단위기판들(2)의 아래에 뻗어 있는 복수개의 도체막수단(7,7')으로 형성되고, 각 도체막수단(7,7')은 다른 도체막수단과는 전기적으로 독립되어 있지만 대응하는 단위기판(2)의 공통전극과는 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분항접속형 열프린트헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 도체막수단(7,7')이 전도수단(9,9') 통해 그것에 전기적연결을 하기위해 대응단위기판(2)의 공통전극(5)과 인접하여 노출부분(7a,7a')을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 분할접속형 열프리트헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각 도체막수단(7,7')이 전원(11,11')과의 전기적연결을 위해 대응단위기판(2)의 공통전극(5)과 떨어진 곳에 위치한 두번째 노출부분(7b,7b')을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할접속형 열프린트헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 베이스보드수단이 하나이상의 경계면에서 결합된 복수개의 분리베이스보드(3')로 구성되고, 단위기판들(2)중의 하나가 상기 경계면을 지난 베이스보드들(3')의 하나와 또다른 하나에 걸쳐 있고, 상기 하나의 단위기판(2)에 대응하는 도체막수단이 상기 경계면의 양쪽으로 배치된 도체막의 쌍(7')으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 도체막의 쌍(7')이 상기 하나의 단위기판(2)의 공통전극(5)에 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로하는 분할접속형 열프린트헤드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 쌍으로된 도체막들(7')의 각각의 전도수단(9')을 통해 그것과 전기적인 연결을 하기 위해 상기 하나의 단위기판(2)의 공통전극(5)과 인접하여 노출된 부분(7a')을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 분할접속형 열프린트헤드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 쌍으로된 도체막(7')의 각각이, 쌍으로된 도체막(7')의 나머지에 공통인 전원(11')과의 전기적인 연결을 위해, 상기 하나의 단위기판(2)의 공통 전극으로부터 떨어진 곳에 두번째 노출부분(7b')을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 분할접속형 열프린트헤드.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베이스보드(3,3')와 단위기관들(2)이 같은 세라믹재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할접속형 열프리트헤드.
