Abstract

세척액으로 고온 반응가스로부터 멜라민을 침착하기 위한 장치는 연장 노즐이 제공되고 공동 축선 흡수관(2)으로 들어간 하단부를 가진 고온 반응가스(7)를 위한 가열된 가스공급관(1)으로 구성된다. 흡수관(2)의 상부와 가스 공급관(1)은 세척액(10)을 위한 저장 용기로 작용하는 폐쇄 콘테이너 (3)으로 둘러지며 그것으로부터 흡수관(2)의 내벽이 유동세척액(10)으로 일정하게 세척된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 세척액으로 고온 반응 가스로부터 멜라민을 침착하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 바닥이 개방되어 있고 공동축선의 흡수관(2)으로 들어간 하단부를 가진 고온 반응 가스(7)를 위한 가스 공급관(2)과, 흡수관(2)의 상부와 가스공급관(1)을 에워싸고 세척액(10)을 위한 저장 용기와 배수 용기로 작용하고 흡수관(2)의 내벽을 유동 세척액(10)으로 일정하게 세척시키는 작용을 하며, 액체 레벨 위에 불활성 가스를 위한 공급판(8)과 액체 레벨 아래에 세체액(10)을 위한 공급관(9)를 포함하는 폐쇄 콘테이너(3)로 구성되는데, 상기 가스 공급관(1)은 가열가능하고, 흡수관(2)으로 돌출하는 연장 노즐(4)은 가스공급관(1)상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민 침착 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘테이너(3)의 상부에서 가스 공급관(1)을 둘러싸고 있고 스페이스가 가열 장치(6)의 도움으로 가열가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민 침착 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열 장치(6)는 가스공급관(1)의 상부에 배치되고 콘테이너(3)내로 하향으로 돌출하는 가열가능한 자켓관(6')인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민 침착 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급관(1)과 가열 장치(6)는 전기적으로 또는 가열 액체에 의해 가열될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민 침착 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수관(2)는 연장 노즐(4)의 영역에, 단면이 수축한 수축부(5)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민 침착 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 흡수관(2)의 단면이 수축부(5)에 의해 약 50 내지 80%까지 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민 침착 장치
