Abstract

본 발명은 일반식(I)의 항만드로겐성 트리사이클릭 화합물 및 대사조절제를 포함하는 비히클 및 극성 유기용매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 이소프로필 미리스테이트/에탄올 혼합물중의 에탄올 함량과 침투량의 관계를 도시한 것이다.
제2도는 이소프로필 미리스테이트/아세톤 혼합물 중의 아세톤 함량과 침투량의 관계를 도시한 것이다.
제3도는 이소프로필 미리스테이트/이소프로판을 혼합물중의 이소프로판을 함량과 침투량의 관계를 도시한 것이다.
제4도는 이소프로필 미리스테이트와 50:50 용적% 비율로 혼합된 극성 유기 용매의 유전상수와 이노코테론 대사산물의 침투량의 관계를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 항안드로겐성 트리사이클릭 화합물, 대사조절제 및 극성 유기 용매를 포함하는 비히클, 및 이에 대한 적합한 담체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
    상기식에서, R은 COR1(여기서, R1저급 알킬이다)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대사조절제가 일반식 R5CO2R6(여기서, R5및 R6은 각각 탄소수 3 내지 35의 알킬 또는 알케닐이다)의 화합물, 일반식 R7(CO1R6)2(여기서, R6은 상기한 바와 같고, R7은 탄소수 5 내지 46의 알킬 또는 알케닐이다)의 화합물 또는 일반식(여기서, R8, R9및R10는 각각 탄소수 3 내지 54의 알킬 또는 알케닐이다)의 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 극성 유기 용매는 일반식 R2OH(여기서, R2는 탄소수 1내지 12의 알킬 또는 탄소수 3 내지 12의 알케닐이다)의 화합물 또는 일반식(여기서, R3및 R4는 각각 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬이다)의 화합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 약제학적 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식 R5CO2R6의 대사조절제가 에틸 아세테이트, 세틸 아세테이트, 미리스틸 아세테이트, 에틸 라우레이트, 프로필 라우레이트, 부틸 라우레이트, 이소프로필 미리스테이트, 이소프로필 팔미테이트, 에틸 올레이트, 데실 올레이트, 에틸 리놀레이트 및 에틸 리놀레이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식 R7(CO1R6)2의 대사조절제가 디옥틸 석시네이트, 디부틸 애디페이트, 디헥실 애디페이트, 디카프릴 애디페이트, 디에틸 세바케이트, 디이소프로필 세바케이트, 디부틸 세바케이트 및 디옥틸 세바케이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 약제학적 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식의 대사조절제가미글리올(Miglyol) 810 및미글리올 812로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 약제학적 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 극성 유기 용매가 에탄올, 2-프로판을 또는 아세톤인 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이고, 대사조절제가 이소프로필 미리스테이트이며, 극성 유기 용매가 에탄올인 약제학적 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 담체가 겔화제인 약제학적 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 대사조절제가 비히클의 약 0.5 내지 약 99.5중량%인 약제학적 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 일반식(I)의 화합물이 비히클의 약0.1 내지 약 40중량%인 약제학적 조성물.
