Abstract

본 발명은 일반식(1)의 염료에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, D는 일반식
의 디아조 성분의 라디칼[여기서, A1은 수소, 할로겐, SO2R3, CF3, NO2또는 CN이고, A2는 수소, 할로겐 또는 CN이고, A3은 수소 또는 할로겐이고, 단 치환체 X, A1,A2및 A3중의 하나 이상은 수소일 수 없으며, A4는 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, R3, NHCOR3또는 OR3이다]이고, Z1은 일반식의 라티칼이고, Z2는 수소이거나 일반식(4)의 라디칼이며, X는 수소, 할로겐, CF3, R3, OR3, NH-CO-R7, NH-CO-OR8, NH-SO2-R7또는의 라디칼이고, Z4알킬이고, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소,C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알킬이고, R7은 수소, C1-C6알킬, -C1-C4알콕시-C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이며, R8은 C1-C6알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시 -C2-C4알킬이다]이다. 본발명의 염료는 특히 폴리에스테르 섬유재료를 염색하기에 적합하다.

Claims (20)

  1. 일반식(1)의 염료,
    상기식에서, D는 일반식
    의 디아조 성분의 라디칼[여기서, A1은 수소, 할로겐, SO2R3, CF3, NO2또는 CN이고, A2는 수소, 할로겐 또는 CN이고, A3은 수소 또는 할로겐이고, 단 치환체 X, A1,A2및 A3중의 하나 이상은 수소일 수 없으며, A4는 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, R3, NHCOR3또는 OR3이다]이고, Z1은 일반식의 라티칼이고, Z2는 수소이거나 일반식(4)의 라디칼이며, X는 수소, 할로겐, CF3, R3, OR3, NH-CO-R|7, NH-CO-OR8, NH-SO2-R7또는[여기서, R3은 C1-C6알킬이고, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알킬이고, R7은 수소, C1-C6알킬, C1-C4알콕시 -C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이며, R8은 C1-C6알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시 -C2-C4알킬이다]이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 수소, C1-C2알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 클로로, C1-C4알킬카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시-C1-C|4알킬카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알콕시카보닐아미노, C1-C4알킬설포닐아미노 또는[여기서, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4, 알콕시-C2-C4알킬이다]인 염료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, X가 C1-C2알킬, C1-C4알킬카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시-C1-C4알킬카보닐아미노 또는 C1-C|4알콕시-C2-C4알콕시카보닐아미노인 염료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, D가 일반식(2)의 라디칼인 염료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, A1이 클로로, 브로모, 시아노, 니트로, CF3또는 수소인 염료.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, A2가 수소, 클로로, 브로모 또는 시아노인 염료.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, A3가 수소인 염료.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, A1이 클로로, 시아노 또는 니트로이고, A2는 수소, 클로로, 브로모 또는 시아노이며, A3이 수소인 염료.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z2가 Z1과 동일한 의미를 갖는 염료.
  10. 일반식(5)의 염료.
    상기식에서, A1은 클로로, 브로모, 시아노, 니트로, CF3또는 수소이고, A2는 수소, 클로로, 브로모 또는 시아노이고, X는 수소, C1-C2알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 클로로, 포밀아미노, C1-C4알킬카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시 -C1-C4알킬카보닐아미노, C1-C4-알콕시-C2-C4알콕시카보닐아미노, C1-C4알킬설포닐아미노 또는[여기서, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시 -C2-C4알킬이다]이고, Z1는 일반식 Z1은 일반식의 라디칼이고, Z2는 수소이거나 Z2는 수소이거나 Z1과 동일한 의미이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, A1이 클로로, 시아노 또는 니트로이고, A2가 수수, 클로로, 브로모 또는 시아노이고, X가 C1-C2알킬, C1-C2알킬카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시카보닐아미노, C1-C4알콕시-C1-C4알킬카보닐아미노 또는 C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알콕시 카보닐아미노이고, Z1는 CH2COOCH3이며, Z2는 수소 또는 CH2COOCH3이다.
  12. 일반식(6) 또는 (7)의 화합물을 디아조화시키고 당해 화합물의 디아조늄 염을 일반식(8)의 커플링 성분에 커플링 시킴을 포함하는 일반식(1)의 염료의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, A1, A2, A3, A4, X, Z1및 Z2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  13. 일반식 (9)의 화합물.
    상기식에서 X1는 할로겐, CF3, R3, OR3, NH-CO-R6, NH-CO-OR3, NH-SO2-R6또는[여기서, R3은 C1-C6알킬이고, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알킬이며, R6은 C2-C6알킬, C1-C4알콕시-C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이다]이다.
  14. 일반식(10)의 아닐린을 할로아세트산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르와 반응시킨 다음, 공비 혼합물로서의 반응수를 연속적으로 제거함을 포함하는 일반식(11)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 X1는 할로겐, CF3, R3, OR3, NH-CO-R6, NH-CO-OR3, NH-SO2-R6또는[여기서, R3은 C1-C6알킬이고, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알킬이며, R6은 C2-C6알킬, C1-C4알콕시-C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이다]이고, Z3은 일반식 -CH2-COOC1-C6알킬의 라디칼이며, Z4는 수소이거나 Z3이다.
  15. 일반식(10)의 아닐린을 메틸 브로모아세테이트와 반응시킴을 포함하는 일반식(9)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 X1는 할로겐, CF3, R3, OR3, NH-CO-R6, NH-CO-OR3, NH-SO2-R6또는[여기서, R3은 C1-C6알킬이고, R4및 R5는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시-C2-C4알킬이며, R6은 C2-C6알킬, C1-C4알콕시-C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이다]이다.
  16. 반합성 또는 합성 소수성 섬유재료, 바람직하게는 직물을 염색하기 위한 제1항에 따르는 염료의 용도.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 섬유재료를 염색 또는 날염하기 위한 용도.
  18. 반합성 또는 합성 소수성 재료, 바람직하게는 섬유재료에 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 화합물 하나 이상을 적용시키거나 혼입시킴을 포함하는 반합성 또는 합성소수성 재료, 바람직하게는 섬유재료의 염색법 또는 날염법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 소수성 섬유재료가 바람직하게는 폴리에스테르 섬유재료인 방법.
  20. 제18항 및 제19항중의 어느 한항에 따르는 방법으로 염색 또는 날염된 물질.
