Abstract

납땜된 절삭공구는 고경도의 소결체를 직접 또는 중간 접합층을 통하여 지지체에 접합하여 복합소결체를 구성하고, 생크에 형성된 요부에 복합소결체를 끼워맞추고, 생크에 납땜하여 형성되며, 여기에 생크의 요부는 곡부를 가지고, 복수개의 경사면은 납땜될 복합소결체의 한 면에 형성된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 고경도의 소결체를 직접 또는 중간 접합층을 통하여 지지체에 접합하여 복합소결체를 구성하며, 생크에 형성된 요부에 복합 소결체를 끼워 맞추고, 생크에 납땜하여 구성되는 납땜된 절삭공구에 있어서, 생크의 요부가 곡부를 가지고, 납땜될 복합 소결체의 한면에 복수개의 경사면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜된 절삭공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생크의 요부는 그 단면형상이 영문자 "L"형상인 납땜된 절삭공구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 곡부가 영문자 "L"형상의 요부내에 수평면과 그에 수직인 면이 교차하는 부분에 존재하는 납땜된 절삭공구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 복수개의 경사면이 수직면과 생크의 영문자 "L"형상 요부의 곡부에 대응하는 복합소결체의 부분들에 형성되는 납땜된 절삭공구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체는 그 재료가 초강도 합금이거나 서밋인 납땜된 절삭공구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고경도 소결체가 고압상의 질화붕소 소결체 또는 다이아몬드 소결체인 납땜된 절삭공구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생크의 재료가 초경합금 또는 경합금인 납땜된 절삭공구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 땜납의 재료가 은납, 동랍 또는 니켈랍인 납땜된 절삭공구.
