Claims (7)

  1. 다이아몬드층(2b)를 위한 지지체(1)를 구비하는 공작재료를 잘게 쪼개기 위한 공구에 있어서, 적어도 다이아몬드층(2b)는 탄소-확산방지재로 작용하는 얇은 경질층(3)으로 도금되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작재료를 잘게 쪼개기 위한 공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경질층(3)은 금속-질화물로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속-질화물은 티타늄-질화물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경질층(3)은 금속 산화물로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 알루미늄 산화물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 경질층(3)은 금속 탄화물로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속 탄화물은 티타늄 탄화물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
