Abstract
본 발명은 입자 또는 직경 0.3내지 1.5mm 및 길이 0.3 내지 5㎜의 실린더 또는 직경 0.3내지 2mm의 구형 형태이고, 상기 입자는 8족 귀금속을 함유하는, 활성 목탄 지지체로 형성된 촉매에 관한 것이다. 유리하기로는, 활성목탄 상에 팔라듐을 사용한다.
특히 본 발명은 모노클로로아세트산의 정제에 유용하다.

Claims (8)
- 입자 형태 또는 직경 0.3내지 1.5㎜ 및 길이 0.3 내지 1.5㎜의 실린더 형태 또는 직경 0.3내지 2㎜의 구형형태이고, 상기 입자는 주기율표 8족 귀금속을 함유하는, 활성 목탄 지지체를 필수적으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속이 팔라듐임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 입자의 직경이 0.7내지 1.2㎜임을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제1내지 3항에 따른 촉매의 존재하에서 탈할로겐화 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 알파할로겐화된 카르복실산 및 그의 에스테르의 수소에 의한 탈할로겐화 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산이 하기 일반식임을 특징으로 하는 방법. R1CHXCOOH(상기 식중에서, X는 염소 또는 브롬이고, R1은 염소, 브롬, H 또는 탄소수 1내지 12의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 라디칼 또는 탄소수 3내지 13의 시클로알킬 라디칼을 표시한다.)
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 산이 액체상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 보다 큰 크기의 촉매를 연속해서 또한 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
