Abstract

본 발명은 전자렌지의 발열히터에 관한것으로, 종래에는 발열히터의 스프링식 열선 피치간격은 전체적으로 균일한 피치로 제조되어 있으므로, 이의 동작시 발열히터(20)의 복사열이 중앙부에 집중되어 중앙부의 열선(20a)이 이를 견디지 못해 단선 되어버리는 문제점이 발생되는바 본 발명에 의하면 발열히터(2) 중앙부 "M"의 열선(2a) 피치간격을 양끝부보다 넓게하여, 기기 동작시에 중앙부 "M"으로 집중되는 복사열을 확산시켜 견딜수 있도록 된 것으로, 수명연장에 따른 제품의 고장율을 감소시킨 전자렌지의 발열히터인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 비도체인 원적외선관(2b)에 봉입되는 스프링열선(2a)의 피치간격을 양끝부보다 중앙부 "M"의 간격(약 1.477-1.648㎜)을 넓게 형성하여 중앙부 "M"에 집중되는 열을 확산시켜 전체적인 열균형을 이루도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 발열히터.
