Abstract

스크롤 압축기에서 흡입 바이패스로의 토출을 제어하기 위해 압력비 응답 밸브가 제공된다. 밸브는 흡입 압력, 토출 압력 및 중간 압력에 의해 작동된다. 압축기가 너무 높은 압력비로 작용되면 밸브가 개방되어 흡입 바이패스로의 토출이 이루어지게 한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 변형예에 의한 스크롤 압축기의 부분 수직 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 밸브의 분해 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 제1스크롤(12), 상기 제1스크롤에 대해 선회하는 제2스크롤(14) 및 흡입공간(18)을 갖는 밀봉 스크롤 압축기 수단(10,110)용 압력비 응답식 언로더에 있어서, 상기 흡입 공간과 유체 연통하는 밸브 포트(22-1,114-7)을 포함하는 밸브시트(22,114-6)과 밸브 수단(20)과, 상기 밸브수단을 이격시키기 위해 상기 밸브 수단상의 제1구역(20-3)에 토출 압력을 공그하는 수단(12-6,114-5)와, 상기 제1구역보다 크고상기 제1구역에 대향하도록 위치된 상기 밸브 수단상의 제2구역(20-8)에 중간 압력을 공급함으로써 중간 압력이 토출 압력대 흡입 압력의 비가 소정의 값 이사로 유지되는 한 상기 밸브 수단이 안착되도록 하는 수단(12-4,14-3,40)을 포함하고, 상기 밸브 수단은 상기 밸브 시트에 안착된 제1위치 및 상기 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격된 제2위치 사이로이동가능하고 토출압력을 공급하는 상기 수단과 상기 흡입 공간 사이의 유체 연통을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력비 응답식 언로더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단이 사익 제2스크롤에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력비 응답식 언로더.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2구역이 상기 스크롤 압축기 수단에 축방향 추종을 제공하는 유압챔버(40)에 노출된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력비 응답식 언로더.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단이 상기 제1스크롤에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력비 응답식 언로더.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 수단이 구멍(12-5)와, 상기 구멍에 밀봉 수용되는 원통부(20-1)과, 상기 제2구역을 한정하는 상기 원통부의 제1단부와, 상기 제1구역을 한정하는 환형 표면(20-3)을 한정하기 위해 상기 원통부의 제2단부로부터 연장되는 원통부(20-4)를 포함하고, 상기 원통부는 상기 밸브 수단이 밀폐되었을 때 상기 밸브 시트에 안착되는 단부(20-5)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력비 응답식 언로더.
