Abstract

술폰화 아닐린형 코폴리머 및 그들의 제조방법이 개시된다.
이들 생성물은 아닐린, N-알킬아닐린 및 페닐렌디아민중에서 선택된 화합물(A), 및 아미노벤젠 술폰산(B)의 수용성 및 알코올 가용성 코폴리머로 이루어지며; 그 술폰화 생성물은 명세서에서 언급된 일반식(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)의 화합물, 또는 그의 혼합물이다.
또한, 술폰산 아닐린형 코폴리머의 제조방법은 아닐린, N-알킬아닐린 및 페닐렌디아민중에서 선택된 화합물(A), 및 아미노벤젠술폰산(B)을 공중합시켜 코폴리머를 얻고; 얻어진 코폴리머를 술폰화제로서 술폰화시키는 단계로 이루어진다.

술폰화 아닐린형 코폴리머 및 그의 제조방법

제1도는 실시예 2에서 얻어진 본 발명의 코폴리머의 FT-IR 스펙트럼(KBr법)을 도시한 그래프,
제2도는 실시예 8에서 얻어진 본 발명의 코폴리머의 FT-IR 스펙트럼(KBr법)을 도시한 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 아닐린, N-알킬아닐린 및 페닐렌디아민중에서 선택된 화합물(A), 및 아미노벤젠 술폰산(B)의 수용성 및 알코올 가용성 코폴리머로 이루어지고; 술폰화 코폴리머가 다음 일반식(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)의 화합물, 또는 그의 혼합물인 것이 특징인 술폰화 아닐린형 코폴리머.
    상기에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4은 각각 수소, 메톡시, C1-C2알킬 및 히드록실 중에서 선택되며; R´은 수소 또는 C1-C2알킬, 및 바람직하게는 메틸이고; x는 0-1의 임의의 수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 술폰산을 40-80퍼센트의 비율로 방향족 링에 도입하는 것이 특징인 술폰화 아닐린형 코폴리머.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 코폴리머의 분자량이 300-500,000인 것이 특징인 술폰화 아닐린형 코폴리머.
  4. 아닐린, N-알킬아닐린 및 페닐렌디아민중에서 선택된 화합물(A), 및 아미노벤젠술폰산(B)을 공중합시켜 코폴리머를 얻고; 얻어진 코폴리머를 술폰화제로서 술폰화시키는 단계로 이루어진 제1항의 술폰화 아닐린형 코폴리머의 제조방법.
